I recently hired a car from Mychoize and I was extremely satisfied with their services. Right from cleanliness of the car, to the punctuality as well as customer care, these guys nailed it perfectly. The price was also well within budget and the drive was extremely smooth. My grandmother was also travelling with us and she was really happy with the smooth and comfortable ride too.

Cheaters liars, changed the car at the last moment and won't refund the full advance money. Many hidden charges

Good and fast service, punctual and easy availability

I booked a car recently from Delhi to Nainital. I wanted an XUV for my trip, since we were 6 people travelling. The booking process was really easy, and the delivery of the car was right at our house, exactly on time. I, being a really punctual; person was really happy with their services. Not only was the car spick and span, but also its smooth drive made us really comfortable throughout our journey. After the trip finished, I got my refund right on time and was thus extremely satisfied with their services. I would recommend everyone to try out their self-drive cars.

I needed to rent a car while I was in Kolkata, on vacation.
They require you to upload multiple identification documents to confirm the booking. I was only carrying my driver's licence but they wanted the Aadhar card as well.
In the end the booking was made on my cousin's name because he was carrying both documents.
I recieved an email confirming my booking at 9.47 pm when I had requested drop off at 10.30 pm.
The car was over half an hour late. I am, in fact, still waiting for the car.
Terrible service.
And they have already taken the payment as well as the deposit.
Thoroughly unprofessional service, mychoize.

If you want to get humiliated and treated as a fraud for no good reason..try mychoize. It is highly unprofessional, with illtrained staff and horrible policies to deal with..be prepared to get numerous calls for verification that they just couldnt club in a document and ask for in one shot..and then post all the rubbish they can absolutely deny duty at any time with no valid reason and have foolish people to deal with your issue who would only route you to clueless customer care agents..never going back to them!

MyChoize is not a professional company. After doing rounds and rounds of talks for many verification documents, after 1 week they told the car i wanted is booked somewhere else.
Staff expressed inability to do anything.

I have recently booked sedan car for my weekend trip. Booking a car was easy with mychoize self drive cars. We used the door step delivery to get car on time. After returning car without any damage we got our refund in 10 working days.

I had booked mychoize car for 22-23 aug with booking id - RS/PUN/18-19/359017634.
i had horrible experience with these cheaters. first of all, i had booked car 2 months back but they called me 10 hrs before the booking that documents are not valid & tried their best to cancel the booking. as i was on flight, there was nothing i could do much but fortunately with my friends help, i got the booking converted to my friend's name.
while giving the car they gave in hush-hush and in dirty condition, i didnt mind much as it was raining for past 1 month & even myhchoize agent also gave the same excuse. Now after the trip completion, they showed their real face & how they actually make money. firstly they inspected the vehicle for 30 min but couldn't find anything. then they said we need to wash the car to remove all dirt & check once again (while giving the car they couldn't clean but while taking they'll clean), after cleaning and further 30 min of inspection, he found a paint wearing off below the bumper whose size would not be bigger than a fingernail. he said now he'll deduct 2200 for this, i told him i didnt check below as mud was there that time. but he said its policy etc etc. I asked him if its a dent or did i hit it anywhere or prove me how it could happen as there was no scratch or dent, just paint coming out. He had no idea, he said i don't know how it can happen but as per policy 2200 will be deducted. after that also, he took 15-20 min to further inspect the vehicle & tried his best to make sure entire security amount gets deducted. he couldn't find any. I asked him to give me vehicle & i'll get it fixed from outside as nearby driver told me it'll be fixed in hardly 100rs. but their agent refused to give me vehicle. now i am wondering that when i took the card already there were 3 scratches in bumper mentioned in the document. so as per myhcoize policy, 2200 per scratch & including mine. they got 8800 for the bumper, while the entire bumper cost is less than 2200. and if you are taking the entire bumper cost for any issue, then mychoize should've given me also the car with mint bumber & not with all damages. they are simply looting people.
how i am sure that this is planned loot is, after washing the car their agent went straight to that location only as if he already knew there's a spot (paint weared off)
Advise of others -
don't fall for their discount & lucrative offers. you might get discount of 250-300 but ultimately you'll end up paying 2200+ for sure.
Even if you go with mychoize, ask them to clean the car properly & inspect the car - take pics, video below the car also.

This is a fraud company .., without any reason they cancel my order and deduct cancellation charges.., totally scam .. fraud.., don’t trust ..,

Very nice experience. I have booked the car and got on time delivery.Refund process is also very nice.

1. When you say that the prices of the vehicles are high on weekend, it should have been clearly explained in the break down which was sent to me after booking. Instead it read the total amount.
2. The assistance which was provided during my booking period is highly unsatisfactory. When a customer is complaining of issues on the vehicle, immediate replacement of the vehicle should have been considered, be it weekday or weekend. Your customer travel plan's are not going to change if your vehicle is down.
3. It doesn't seem from any angle that your company is a customer centric company, as you put your customer into inconvenience all the time, be it booking, travel or refund. I didn't find any of the processes to be smooth.
4. Instead of providing inconvenience to your customer, you proudly acclaim the charges of GST, collection charges, high weekend charges. Just to keep you posted that your representative Rahul Dangi has assured that we will just be charged with 3610/- and nothing else.
5. You should have someone taking the responsibility of the horrible experience that you have been providing and speak to your dissatisifed customers and understand their concerns. Do not just go ahead and loot your customers.

You do not stand to your assurance and do not uphold to your customer service promise as well. It was a highly DISGUSTING experience. I will make sure that I do not refer mychoize or ORIX to any of my friends and relatives.

Your service is excellent you clean zoom car market ,other also but you should also start lluxury cars in pune market ,As like , Fortuner Ford Endever BMW ,Audi, etc ,you will be star of market

I have booked a i20 for 5 days, after returning the car without any damage, I got my refund with in 7 working days. Superb service given by Mychoize self drive cars.

before reading my review, i suggest you guys whoever plan on renting my choice self driven cars please stop right there. These guys are running a scam.
Ive rented my choice self driven car on 21 june, but due to personal reasons had to cancel my booking. They said the deposited money will be transferred to my account within 5 to 6 working days, now its been almost one and half month and still they say it will reflect in your account within two to three days. Also, now they have stopped answering my phone neither do they reply to any of my mails. This is a fraud company.
