Dear Ramkumar,
We are sad to see that you have left a review of your product rather than a service review. However we would like to point out that your item has a warranty and if you had an issue we were not to know as we have not had any contact with you regarding your order since you purchased it. The only contact we have from you is a query prior to purchase in which we responded to, therefore we are very sad to see you have left a 1 star review for our service.
All items come with a warranty, and battery information is shown clearly in the warranty info & Returns page. Batteries are consumable items and do deteriorate over time if misused or over charged, however we can only help if we know about your issues, something in which we did not know until now, over 4 months since purchase

Quick service
Quick service, the laptop was in as described condition. It did run slow, the company immediatley offered to sort, I did buy an extra softwear tool and this seems to have resolved but feel confident in the after care if not.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Had a little issue when we received the laptop. Called the number provided and was offered another laptop. No hassle. They even provided return courier service for the faulty laptop.
No problems with the replacement. Great value for money. We bought this for our son as he moved into high school. Saved hundreds compared to buying new.
