What I liked and disliked:
-Liked/positive feedback: I really enjoyed making covers of my favorite songs so they sound like video game characters are singing them. Getting to use effects (e.g., Space Reverb), changing the pitch to fit each character's range, separating background vocals, and using combined, vocal, and instrumental/backing tracks really helped me make the covers sound good and create positive projects for my own listening pleasure. I especially love Tails' voice from Sonic Adventure 2!
-Disliked/constructive feedback: I am highly concerned that the use of the platform and other AI platforms is replacing human music makers. As an orchestral and wind band musician, woodwind instructor, and human sonic technology fan, I want us to help ensure that human interactions with music remain hands-on, with physical instrument playing and genuine human vocals. It would also be nice for each character and voice to have their own inflections and nuances. Also, I hate that using the platform and other AI platforms are negatively impacting our planet's environment. AI data centers are emerging, utilizing excess water and causing detrimental effects to our planet. These trends profoundly worry us, and we must take prompt action to stabilize our climate.

Feedback on the company:
-Pluses: I love that so many video game character voices are available, letting us make it sound like they're singing songs! I love the variety!
-Areas for improvement: I am profoundly concerned that the use of the platform and other AI platforms is replacing human music makers and interactions. So, I strongly encourage the company and other AI platforms to find and implement ways to ensure that human music-making and interactions continue. Also, it would be super helpful to regulate and structure AI in ways that do not require data centers; doing so would significantly benefit the environment. Our planet, the stabilization of its climate, and human music-making (e.g., humans playing physical instruments and singing) and interactions are paramount!

I had a billing dispute with Jammable: I was charged for a renewal period during which I hadn't used the service.
I contacted support and Michael responded quickly, took the time to actually look into the details, and acknowledged that I was right. He processed a full refund without any unnecessary back-and-forth.
This kind of honest, attentive customer service is rare. Highly recommend reaching out to their team if you ever have an issue — they handle it properly.

Some voices have issues with higher pitches but generally it's really good!!

JAMMABLE IS A SCAM - He will keep charging you card even after you cancel, you can send countless emails and DM's on social media and he will ignore you and keep charging you

Jammable is such shit that it should be renamed to Crappable, it should NOT have a digital currency, just like its better alternative Weights (well before it became greedy), it should be 100% free, delete ALL paid features, make the site 100% free, you greedy EA-like businessmen

Do NOT give them your credit card info. I canceled a free trial months ago (literally 7 months ago) and they will not stop charging me. It’s non stop. I’ve disputed it on my card, I’ve emailed them and they do not reply. I am pursuing a lawsuit now due to the disgusting behavior of these scammers.

Didn’t really get what I asked for but michael was polite and quick with the responses. I also felt as though I was communicating with a real person and not a chat bot.

Prompt responses except in the beginning where it took about a month for a response from a team member (without notice for any delays due to holidays, etc.) but once I heard back we got everything resolved within a couple days with a refund :) The others who have had a bad time with them are just as valid and I don't know if it's because I got lucky but tread with caution

They will take your money when you don’t even have a paid subscription and not reply to emails. Scammers, don’t even sign up. Rubbish AI too

I'm an independent sponsor and my goal is to close one business a year. Missed that in 2025 by relying too heavily on brokered deals. With OS we're track for three closes by Q1 2026.
