I am delighted with the new case covers my wife and I got for our Pixel 7A phones. We each got a "Folio Case For Google Pixel 7A 5G, Leather Mobile Phone Case Cover". It is elegant, solid and light.

Bought a cover for an older iPad.
Not long after I began using it, I noticed some of the stitching unraveling.
One email (with photo) to ‘my case covers’ support and immediately advised a replacement would be sent.
The new cover arrived within a week.
Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

I Had an issue with a recent product purchased and needed to have a replacement sent. My experience with this was extremely positive and I found the staff to be both friendly and efficient and the replacement delivered in a very short space of time. I was so excited to find a case that was so beautiful, yet when I bought, I made the mistake of getting S23 FE instead of the S23, I am not very good with keeping up with Technolgy. So, I contacted the business to exchange, and I received the most 5 stars customer service ever. Her name was Joanne and she made my experience absolutely amazing. I felt cared and supported as she helped me to pick the right case and was extremely patient when I didn't know how to find the information. The journey with technology has been quite an anxious one for me and I must confess Joanne might have spoiled me from all the other customer services, as I am not sure anything can match her energy and natural kindness. Now a days it is very important to point out businesses that are doing a good job as they are a few.

Firstly, I was unsure of the exact product, so I asked for help and resolved that issue with help from a very committed employee.
When the product did not arrive in a reasonable time, I contacted same employee at My Case Covers , who finally replaced the item, which arrived by express post within a short time.
I was treated with respect throughout and the product was perfect. I will certainly use this group again as well as recommending to others.

The amount of time and patience taken to answer my queries when my order wasn't quite what I'd enviaged
(my fault) and a replacement suggested.
In particular I'd like to thank Joanne who answered my myriad emails, always in a prompt, friendly and helpful manner.

I'm highly impressed with the response to my concern about my order for a case cover that failed to arrive. My email was promptly answered and suggestions offered to check possible delivery errors. When these proved unsuccessful, a replacement was sent by Express delivery to my address in a regional town, arriving in less than a week. My case cover is perfect and I'm very grateful to Joanne for her friendly and professional service.

Truly an amazing experience. The first package didn't arrive. I contacted myCaseCovers and they immediately responded.
Joanne was super helpful and immediately sent another case, express post, with tracking. They were fabulous and didn't charge any extra, just so I could receive it as soon as possible.

Absolutely outstanding support and customer service! I’m really impressed and was extremely grateful with the wonderful communication when I had a problem with my order. I purchased an iPad cover which wasn’t the right size for my iPad. It was an effortless experience to communicate with My Case Covers and to arrange a new cover to be sent. I am delighted with my phone case covers! On receiving the first one, I returned to order a 2nd. The products are exactly as they appear on the website, they are impressive and stylish in their design and suede-like finish, with preferrable, more elegant colour choices for me, and perfect finishing. The site was easy to navigate, the purchasing process was quick and easy, and delivery was very prompt. When I did encounter a delivery problem with my 2nd order, customer support was equally prompt in trying to resolve the issue for me; showing concern and going to considerable lengths to ensure I received my order with minimum fuss for me.
