If I had read the reviews first I probably wouldn't have ordered the Hoover stacking kit I wanted. However, I ordered it on Tuesday delivery 3-5 days it arrived on Friday.
Why only 4 stars, when I received the order acknowledgment it had my name, post town and post code, no street address!. I emailed to advise this but have yet to get a reply, which I think is both unprofessional and rude.
I then had notification from DPD they were expecting my parcel which helped regain some confidence, but there was no house number or street to deliver to.
Both the DPD AI bot and chat agent were poor considering I am adding to their profits with my delivery.
It then struck me change the delivery to my local post office then I won't have to worry that DPD will have no idea where to deliver.
Picked it up today from the Post Office and delighted.

Ordered a fridge odour remover that arrived mouldy. Emailed them back in August to complain but never received a response. Can't believe Hoover are promoting this company in their app.

This company is awful. Ordered a product two weeks ago, they state 3 to 5 days delivery. I have had no communication from them after sending 4 emails. I am now claiming my money back through PAYPAL. Steer clear of this company

Absolutely awful! Engineer came to fix my machine and sold me washing machine cleaner for £30! These never arrived! Phones hotpoint& was told I had to email care and protect , which I have been doing since JUNE!! No one replies , no refund - having to now pursue via bank! Shocking!! Don’t actually think the company even exists!

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order with this company. My experience echoes those of other reviewers. I placed an order for laundry products but on delivery, part of the order was missing. As mentioned customer service is non-existent as there is no telephone contact number and three emails went unanswered. In the end PayPal claimed a refund from the company. I can't understand how this company is still trading. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely deplorable service. Impossible to contact this company. No email responses. No responses to any of the prescribed social media messaging portals. No contact phone number. Has anyone ever had success in contacting by phone? Please share the number. Steer clear.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this at all. The quality of the laundry detergent pods was really bad — they didn’t dissolve properly and didn’t clean clothes well either. Definitely not worth the £5.80.

I wouldn’t even give this website a 1 star, scam company please do not waste your time and money as you will not receive your order nor will they respond to any emails sent. How is this website even still allowed to be active!!! 😡

Still yet to receive an order placed last month, so far all contact with the company has been ignored.

Had 2 orders absolutely fine, 3rd order in my subscription has never arrived, ive sent numerous emails with no response at all, no contact number so cant speak to anyone in person, so have cancelled my subscription due to lack of correspondence! So would not recommend based on this

Bought a subscription after washing machine purchase. Fair enough, they sent my items. Unfortunately they used DPD who just dumped the items on my doorstep, in the middle of a city, and the items were stolen. DPD won't deal with me and tell me to contact mycareplus. Mycareplus refuse to acknowledge or answer both emails and site messages.

Very poor. I did not receive my order and the company does not respond to emails. Avoid this company.

If I could rate zero I would.
I placed an order on April 18th - no sign of order being delivered. I have emailed the company at least 12 times with absolutely no response.
Avoid this company like the plague - it’s clearly run by rouges!

I placed an order on April 23 and still haven’t received it. I sent an email to follow up and have had no reply whatsoever. There’s been no update, no tracking info, nothing. The communication is terrible, and I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone — AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Literally does not respond to emails, been trying to return an order for 3 weeks. Not even the courtesy of a response and no other way of contacting. Awful company - avoid at all costs. Will be contacting my bank for a chargeback, as I have exhausted all options to return my unwanted item .

Fast delivery and products are great! I love their detergent pods!
