Zero. Do not use! I clicked on the £1 3 day trial and I thought great I’ll check out some new hairstyles and then it charged me £25.99 immediately after. I didn’t even receive the trial. When I went to cancel it asked for my bank details when I was trying to get onto the site but I decided that was not right as why would they need my bank details!? I contacted my bank straight away and they blocked this “company” taking anymore payments as the payment after that was going to be £42.99! When I messaged the company complaining they said I had clicked on purchase a pdf which I didn’t! I’m always usually so cautious about these things, but it was only £1 which I payed with Apple Pay but then this happened!! My bank said they will refund me my money back, but the company won’t! I wonder how much money they are making with this scam! Disgusting! Please avoid!

I would not recommend My Inspoy, I only subscribed to the £1 trial and they took a further payment in £42.99 which I did not agree to. Contacted the company and no refund issued. Scam, rip off company, not worth the money, avoid!!

folgte ein unautorisiertes Abo von 29,99€ ! Über die App kann man bei dem Icon Abonnement nicht zugreifen. D.h. man kann gar nicht kündigen! Ich habe bei meiner Bank einen Widerruf des online Vertrags mit Stylix LEMESOS CY eingereicht, um künftigen Abbuchungen vorzubeugen.

As everyone else has said, this is an absolute scam. I just wanted the $1 3-day access but they charged me around $30 right away. I will request a refund but based off of the experiences presented here and on AppStore by other users I’m not hopeful.

Should have checked on Trustpilot first. Advert popped up on You Tube as I was scrolling. Not paying attention , I thought ,this could be fun and paid my £1 without thinking. I haven’t downloaded the App as I couldn’t get access to the site. My Virus Protection kicked in and advised it was likely a scam site! I’ve emailed them and asked for my subscription to be cancelled. Hopefully I’ve only lost the £1 and no further charges will be made. Lesson learnt!!

A pity there is no 00000 rip off back door entry claiming £1.00 trial offer no mention of it being a monthly subscription as soon as I realised I cancelled immediately but they still took £25.99 from my bank account. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLEASE.

Zero would be more appropriate. If only I'd checked first. What appeared to be a fun app turned out to be a front door for a hidden subscription claiming 3 day trial for £1 click that next news it's a subscription of £42.99 a month !!!! When trying to cancel they wanted my bank details....no chance so went on Google and was guided through cancelling . This kind of activity should not be allowed. Scammers

Gosh I wish I’d of checked these reviews before signing up. Luckily, I decided to cancel my subscription within minutes of downloading the app for £1 as I had a funny feeling. Anyway, I did receive an email to say my subscription had been cancelled but if I hadn’t of cancelled within the 3 day trial I would have been charged £42.99 on 10th August. Please be aware!

Auf der Suche nach zu mir passenden Frisurvorschlägen war ich bereit, € 1,19 für ein 3-Tage-Testabonnement zu zahlen - nicht aber knapp 50€ für die Abofalle, in die man mich dann so ganz nebenbei laufen lassen wollte. Ich habe DIREKT die Verlängerung storniert, die ab dem 3.Tag automatisch in Kraft treten sollte und weitere Abbuchungen strikt untersagt. Als Antwort wurde ich an die Inspoy App verwiesen - dort (so hoffe ich🙏 ) habe ich jetzt das weiterführende Abo erfolgreich storniert . Vorsorglich habe ich bereits meinem Kreditkartenanbieter über den Vorgang in Kenntnis gesetzt. Mein Fazit: Hat mich einen Nachmittag an Zeit gekostet. Finger weg lassen!!!

ich hatte eine dreitägigen Testzugang und konnte nirgendswo erkennen, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe. Ich kann das Abo trotz wiederholter emails nicht kündigen bzw. wird meine Kündigung nicht akzeptiert. Ich werde immer wieder darauf verwiesen, über die Einstellungen in der App die Kündigung durchzuführen. Die App selbst lässt diese Schritt aber gar nicht zu, weil ich immer die Angaben zur Person ( Haarfarbe, Augenfarbe usw.) angeben soll. Mir werden jeden Monat 47 Euro abgeknöpft und ich kann nirgends den Abschluss des Abos erkennen. Bitte alsst die finger von diser App. Es ist ungeheuerlich, das mit dieser dreisten Abzocke Leute ihr Geld verdienen.

As others have said this was either a scam or was certainly bordering on it. I signed up to the £1 three day option and was trying to follow the process to open the app and before I knew it I had paid another £25.99 unwittingly! When I checked me emails it said another £42.99 would be taken from my account in a few days time. I immediately contacted the company and they said I had signed the terms and conditions so no refund. My subscription has been cancelled (hopefully!). I haven’t even tried to use the app for fear of clicking on yet more payment options. Avoid at all costs

I believe this app is a complete scam!!!!

I signed up because I thought I was paying £1 for a 3-day trial to test the hairstyle feature. Instead, I was unexpectedly charged £25.99 twice. At no point did I knowingly agree to purchase two separate digital products for £25.99 each, and I certainly never intended to make those purchases.

When I contacted customer support, they refused to take responsibility and claimed I had agreed to their terms. I dispute this completely. The charges were not made clear to me during the sign-up process, and I would never have agreed to them.

If you're considering trying this app, be extremely cautious. Check everything carefully before entering your payment details. I've reported the transaction to my bank, and I'm considering taking the matter further because I don't want others to experience the same thing.

An absolute scam, I took a £1.00 3 day trial on hairstyles, I didn't even receive it but instantly a second payment of £25.99 was taken from my card with no authorisation. I reported this to inspoy / stylix who outright refused and sent fake screenshots saying I agreed to their conditions a month ago, it was two days ago. (None of this was shown). After replying to them and threatening to leave a bad review, report to action fraud and consumer protection because they are thieving scammers I instantly got a refund. I wonder how many people have been scammed?

Do not be tempted to trial this is a major scam. I have reported to my bank and the next step is action fraud.

Do not use. You pay for a trial and then BAM! you’re charged for a full monthly payment. As soon as I got a warning email, I cancelled but they took the money anyway even whilst it was at the pending stage cheeky bleepers! I emailed to say that I only gave permission to pay the 99p trial but they took the money directly out of my account without my permission. It feels like a scam. I asked for a refund and this hasn’t been granted. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! It’s a scam!

Site plus que douteux, propose un essai de 1 euros et débite mon compte de plus de 47 euros j'ai résilié et demandé le remboursement ... j'attend la suite en tous cas à éviter méthode crapuleuse à n'en pas douter

Geen abonnement afgesloten, ik heb alleen die voor drie dagen 1,99. Gedaan, en ze doen zo maar 29,99 afhalen van mijn rekening, al contact gezocht, maar krijg niks te horen. Ik vindt dit dieferij, en heel onbeschoft.

The website was abysmal and not fit for purpose. I was then charged £34.99 for a subscription. They have refused to refund this.

Oplichterij!! Geen abonnement afgesloten, maar proefperiode en ook op tijd volgens de voorwaarden opgezegd. Alsnog geld in rekening gebracht en geen contact gezocht!
