If I could give it a minus figure I would. Like everyone else on here I have been scammed. I clearly chose the option of a 99p purchase then have also been charged 42.99, allegedly for a pdf that I didn’t request. Not showing in my Apple subscriptions and nowhere to cancel on the website.
Customer services say they cannot trace the transaction even though I have sent a screenshot from my bank.
People need to be aware that this company is clearly engaging in fraudulent behaviour, evidenced by the amount of people who are reporting the same problem.
Instagram should be blocking them too.
Their response on this site says they will try and resolve the matter. They have already emailed to say no refund will be given but won’t confirm that I will never have to pay this subscription again. I didn’t subscribe but have no way of cancelling it.
You can tell by the number of reviews on here that it’s a scam. Please spread the news to family and friends so they don’t get scammed too.

Do not go on this app, I used it for about an hour then messaged support to say cancel , they replied to say their team was working on it right away, then like everyone else I got charged $49.99us a month later, I have proof of my request to cancel. The support team have cancelled my subscription now, and refunded me $4.99, I am currently waiting to hear back after showing the proof of my cancel request (that they were already aware of) this is $90 nz they took and have left me with no money.
Update, I have emailed what was requested in the response message from Inspoy and have received no reply, no roll of the red carpet for me.
Update, I received a full refund last night, thankyou.

Après avoir eu une réponse du site (nommé inspoy, prélèvement bancaire au nom de styliix app) un remboursement sous conditions est proposé ( encore des démarches des preuves d'appel au service client ( injoignable) une adresse mail...Pas de remboursement...je maintiens ma contestation et signale le site aux instances gouvernementales

I cancelled my subscription on the same…
I cancelled my subscription on the same day, following their directions. 3 days later I was charged for a year's subscription. When I protested, they lied and said I never cancelled in the first place - even though I confirmed both on the apple site and within the app - and said it was my fault for not reading the fine print. All of which is untrue. It's the fine print that prompted me to cancel in the first place. They're scam artists, don't download. Oh and the app is useless.
UPDATE: Inspoy agreed to honor the cancellation and refunded me the charges so I upgraded my review to 2 stars. I'm still skeptical though; I shouldn't have needed to escalate things. Still suggest exercising caution before signing up.

AVOID - Scam - Take 30 seconds to check (unlike me)
This is a 'trial' scam - I went through the sign up, paid for 3 days' access to the app & account for £1... Then you go to the Google Play store and the app is unavailable. Yet you need to access your account to cancel the auto-renew. I went to the website, and I couldn't sign in. There is no way to cancel.
I have cancelled my bank card right away. It was only £1, yet it was a valuable lesson learned that one shouldn't let one's guard down just because it only costs £1.
I emailed customer services saying that I've paid for a service that I have absolutely no way of actually using, but I doubt I'll get that £1 back. I doubt I'll even hear anything.
Edit: they've asked for a ticket ID from the email to customer services - my email to them got bounced back, it doesn't accept incoming emails.
Long story short, avoid at all costs.

Please, like all the other people here, be aware of the trials they offer. I also paid 1.21 euro for a trail for three days but I apparently bought a 30 euro (!??!) package for a set of pdfs? I’ve never been more stumped. I did not want to buy any of these pdfs, like what the frick? If I did, then I would never in a million years pay 30 EURO for them. Please everyone, be cautious.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
Absolutely terrible experience. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely misled by this service.
I initially paid €1.99 and genuinely expected this to be a trial. I expected to receive a clear email or notification before the trial ended and before a much larger payment was taken. Instead, €48.79 was charged to my card on 19 September 2026.
I contacted customer support approximately 10 minutes after the €48.79 charge was made and immediately requested a refund. I also canceled the subscription as soon as I became aware of the charge. Despite contacting them almost immediately, they refused to refund my money.
Their response was essentially that the payment was authorized and that their terms allowed the charge. They pointed me to their terms and explained that the service had already been made available to me. However, the fact that the terms may technically allow the charge does not change how frustrating and unreasonable this experience has been as a customer.
€48.79 is a significant amount of money for me. I worked for this money, and I could have spent it on something I actually needed. Losing almost €50 on a subscription I did not intend to continue is extremely upsetting.
What is particularly disappointing is that I contacted them only around 10 minutes after the charge. I did not wait days or weeks. I immediately explained that I did not want the subscription and asked for my money back. They still refused.
My subscription has now been canceled, but they are keeping the €48.79 despite my immediate refund request. I have contacted my bank to ask about disputing the transaction, and if necessary I will also seek assistance through consumer protection channels.
In my experience, this has been a very poor and frustrating customer experience. I strongly recommend being extremely careful before entering your payment details and paying the initial €1.99. Read every single subscription and renewal condition carefully, because what initially looks like a small payment can result in a €48.79 charge.
I sincerely hope they reconsider their decision and return my money. Customers should not have to fight this hard to get a refund when they contact support almost immediately after an unexpected charge.

Scam - And now fighting to cancel a subscription I wasn't aware of
Just paid £1 for a 3 day trial with absolutely no information given until after purchased, that the amount of £42.99 is due to leave my account in 2 days time for a subscription - A subscription I have not signed up to.
I have emailed three times to request the subscription be cancelled, since there does not appear to be any way on the app to cancel this myself. I have received no response other than an automated message stating someone will reply within 24 hours; by that point it will be over the time scale required to cancel despite me contacting earlier and within the time frame.
Inspoy - Here is your opportunity to reply, do the right thing and cancel this subscription I never signed up for, with no further charges.

Avoid - absolute scam. Cancel what ever card you used and avoid at all costs!!!!
To update and give context (as requested by Insopy following review) , paid for the £1 colour chart trial…. Luckily my credit card stopped a further charge of £25.99 going out at the exact same time and blocked request. The subscription of £42( (!!!!) after the trial was clear - and clearly that was going to be cancelled at such a ridiculous price for I know not what…. I guess because no one goes on to the subscription, they sneak in a £25.99 somewhere in the small print as part of the ‘trial’…..
To be fair, Inspoy did cancel my ‘account’ quickly and were responsive to my direct email - as they have been to my initial review here, which is something.
However. My advice is still avoid given the very ‘hidden’ elements of their sales.
