The item I received did not in any way resemble the item on their website. The returns policy consists of continual trade offs instead of a full refund. The reviews are grim.

PLEASE do not buy from this company - it’s a scam. Fake rubbish from Asia and despite an easy money back guarantee there is not such thing - returns to Asia at customers own expense to return cheap tat. Same company is molly London and Olivia oliver and god knows how many others - don’t waste your money!!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THESE COWBOYS!!! I ordered two "classic knitted sweaters". When they arrived, they did not look anything like the sweaters in the ad, indeed they were not even knitted. They were ridiculously cheap printed tops. One of them even had the sleeves stitched on wrong with the elbow patches on the front of the arm.
When I contacted MUSE LONDON to complain, they at first tried to fob me off with a 30% refund instead of returning them. I obviously refused their offer and eventually received a return address in UK, but I had to pay £4.99 for the return, despite one of the items being faulty.
After they received the return, they tried stalling my refund by asking for a tracking number, even although they already had the parcel. After this, they just stopped answering my emails.
Eventually, I received my full refund after I reported them to PayPal. Absolute scammer Bast@rds!!!!

I have 3 items of clothing but would like to return them or get a refund as they look nothing like they did in the photos/description. Is this easy to do? I have emailed Muse but haven’t had a reply.

I ordered some clothing from this site before I realised it wasn't a genuine London firm. I eventually received very poor quality copies of the items advertied directly from China.
However, I have received a full refund. You need to refuse their offers of further discounts to keep your purchases unless you are happy to do so.
My suggestion is you don't order from this firm in the first place. If you do, and don't like your purchase, it will cost you to return the items (their return address is the registered address on Companies House).

My best advice is to avoid. The quality and materials were nothing like the ones in the advertised photos. When asked for a refund, I was offered 15%, then 30%, and then finally 50%, and I could keep the items, which I settled. To be fair, they did eventually give me an address to send my returns, but I had to pay postage. So all I would say is pray that the quality of the items they send you looks exactly like the ones they are advertising!

Company is a scam. You will order something but they are not based anywhere. They do not offer returns for items. Embarrassing how these companies can operate legally and get away with it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I didn't realise this company was based in China. The name is misleading.
When the top arrived it is abysmal quality and I contacted them. They offered 15% refund to save me cost of return. Before deciding I asked for return address to calculate costs. Now they are refusing to respond. What can I do?

Product delivered after 2 weeks. Lowest possible quality totally unlike that which was advertised. Refused to offer 100% refund. Recommend everyone reports them to Trading Standards as I have.

I previously gave this company 1 star after reading reviews following an order. I’ve increased to 2 stars as I’ve actually had a refund when I didn’t think I would. I had to send the items back at my own cost using a tracked service but asking for the cheapest service at the post office cost me less than £4 and it was worth the risk as I’d spent over £70 on two pairs of boots. I’m posting this really to give hope to those not expecting a refund and that if you decline their offer of a partial refund to keep the items then it seems they do actually send a full refund once the items are returned to them.

The company misleading the absolute garbage sent out was of such poor quality I have seen dish clothes made better, do not use this company its a nightmare to try and get a refund. Total scam of a Company.

Item ordered was nothing like what arrived.

The items were nothing like the photos or as described and came directly from China. Sent them back and never received a refund. PayPal didn't want to know. Total waste of money.

If I could give this a 0 I would. The top I ordered was advertised as a long sleeve cotton weave stripey top, but what arrived couldn't be more different. It was a stripey print made to look like it was a cotton texture printed onto polyester. Basically felt like a plastic bag.

When I went to organise a return I was met with a basically non-existent customer returns portal and eventually I got a returns address that I had to pay for postage for. They attempted to offer me a 40% refund if I kept the item. No way was I going to keep it!

I completely agree with majority of these reviews!
Took ages to be delivered, quality was shockingly bad. Returned, as they instructed, and then was ghosted for over a month. Emails went unanswered, no number to call, even FB messenger was getting no replies.
Raised complaint with PayPal, thankfully case was closed in my favour and I am now getting my refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Very poor quality items and not as appeared on website. Customer service non existent - returned item after several emails back & forth and no refund received. Now raised a dispute via PayPal. Avoid this company - it’s a sham!!

Bought a Ribbed Sweater with Suede Patchwork for £23. Shown on Instagram and looked good quality. First red flag were the emails saying it was coming from China. OK, they drop ship.

On arrival my "Ribbed Sweater with Suede Patchwork" was was a printed polyester tracksuit top. The Suede was a printed brown patch. The ribs were printed on.

A clear breach of the Trade Descriptions Act 2011.

Something you'd pay under a tenner for a market, but you'd probably have walked past it anyway.

Told I could have a refund but only if I pay postage, so that'd be a fiver lost. Alternatively 15% off and a 50% discount on next purchase. Why would I want to make another purchase?

I made a second purchase after being pleased with first. The exact same item in a different colour was at least a Large or near XL when the label says M. My original in M was perfect. Clearly sizes are hit and miss. They offered a discount on further purchase but can’t risk buying again as you have to pay postage and tracking and no guarantee the next one will be mis sized. Pity as first item was fine. Clearly no quality checking on labelling and actual size. You can’t do business without some level of certainty on what you’re getting.

Don’t buy from here - the quality of dress was very poor and I still haven’t received a refund (over 8 weeks)

I have received my order and I am horrified. Sizes are all wrong. Shoes made of a smelly plastc chemical material and blouses made of polyester and elastine whilst on their ste they stated were made of linen.
The whole lot charged me £120. The real value for all is not more than £10. Stay away from them. Their items are worthless. No idea how to return all.
