Nearly 4 weeks still havnt received parcel. Terrible

Not a London based company as they claim. China based with a zero understanding of UK customer laws. The UK address is a random residential location - 10 Nuthall Close, Northampton NN3 9XA - which is bizarre. I had to raise a dispute via my credit card company to get my money back after returning the items (because they were such poor quality). Muse full-on lied in their response to the bank rejecting my claim saying I’d never contacted them. But thankfully the bank believed me (and my email conversation evidence…) and upheld my claim. I imagine they just cash in on people who don’t follow up refunds as I can’t see how anyone would be pleased to keep what they receive. Absolute scumbags.

Avoid this seller at all costs!

Husband ordered a jacket that was like an Xs not the XL we ordered. I asked to return and for a refund When I tried to return it, the return address was just someone’s home, not a legitimate business address. I returned the item over a month ago, but still haven’t received my refund! Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Terrible experience all around!

The website is all glossy and professional but failed to deliver on the order. The order tracking doesn't recognise order numbers and although they respond to emails it is just to fob you off that the order is on its way.

A deeper dive into the website and you will not find an address or a company number which in hindsight should have been the red flag.

Eventually with persistance they did refund but any reputable retailer would tell you instantly if items arent in stock and will deliver in less than a week if it is.

Waiting for a refund after cancelling order

I have emailed this company 3 times as I have not received my order. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. I don’t think they exist. So upsetting. I ordered back in October 24th and nothing. Disgusting way to scam people

Do NOT trust these thieves!!! Ordered a bomber jacket in Medium, waited 3 weeks, saw the tracking and realised it was coming from China, they've sent something that was TINY, more like XXX SMALL, smelling stale and like damp, the material of very bad quality, they've asked me to send it back recorded delivery, I still haven't received the money!! Absolute daylight robbery. Never again.

Absolutely dreadful.

Dresses sent looked nothing like the online pictures. Cheap fabric and very badly made.

They claim to have an easy return system in place but do not respond to emails.

In order to obtain my redund I had to go through a lengthy dispute process with PayPal and send the items back to an (previously unlisted) address in Southall.

Awful experience.

Ordered a birthday gift for my husband on 23 Oct 2024. 19 Nov 2024 and the order still has not shipped. I have contacted their Customer Service team 3 times. They are just lying about where it is - when tracking shows it has not left CHINA. And will not provide a refund.

Muse of London? No way are they based based in London ! I ordered a couple of shirts on 24th October. A couple of weeks later I still had no update so contacted them & it was then the I was advised that there was a 7-14 business day delivery window. Then on the 11th November I received "good news, your shipping label has been printed & the carrier has been notified". From this point, I could track my delivery. So here we are today, 17 business days later & the tracking info remains the same & I still haven't received my package. I have subsequently requested a refund & will let you know what happens. In the meantime, don't touch these guys with a barge poll !!

I had ordered a coat and dress for my daughters funeral which was 2 weeks ago I had ordered on 23 Oct ended up purchasing another outfit as Muse's items never arrived and I am still waiting for them!!!!
As you can imagine with all the stress of loosing a loved one when I asked then to cancel the order they told me that they could not as it was in transit ...when tracking told me it had not left yet
To say I am disgusted with this company you cannot imagine ...Please Please never use this company they are non reliable and heartless

Goods not arrived asked twice for a refund. Do not buy from these people pretending to be a uk based company.

Echoing the other reviews here -avoid this company!

On the surface it looks good with decent looking items but in my case, the items were not as described, sizing was off and an order of mine wasn’t even processed, then cancelled and no sign of the money being returned. I’ve had to go via my bank to claim the money I am out of pocket for.

It’s a relatively new company and it appears they are just reselling cheap wholesale items from places like AliExpress. I’ve experienced the whole “please accept this 10% store card“ but this isn’t good enough when I am out of pocket by nearly £100. It’s also clear that they are displaying false Trustpilot reviews on their website that does not mirror this page whatsoever.

Don’t go near this company, do not give them any money. If you have, try claiming your money back for problematic or missing orders via your bank or credit card company.

I placed and order with this company for a clothing item and prepaid as required, but no goods were received even well after their extended delivery period. I instructed that my order be cancelled and a full refund given, but they have ignored this request, and it seems that my money is lost and no goods will be received, though even if they ever existed I doubt they are anything but rubbish to match their behaviour. I note from the Companies House records that this is a £1 limited liability company with a Mr Sharma as sole director and the person in control, and that it is less than one year old with no accounts presented. Also a company of the same name also with another Mr Sharma in control was dissolved in April 2022. May I advise that nobody should trust this company nor pay them any money as in my experience they will neither see the goods nor their money.

As many others have said, the garments vaguely resemble the website pictures but the quality is no where near what is described.

I'm usually wary of any website ad on social media and usually check for a physical address and contact number I can trace but this one sucked me in.

The clothing I ordered had no labels, no garment care labels bar one that said 98% polyester when it is described as a "premium wool blend" on the item description. Which incidentally, they remained silent on in reply when challenged.

After three emails where they go through the rigmarole of offering partial refund or credit up to 100% to spend on more tat, it cost me £9 or 10% of order payment to return to a somewhat dubious residential address. However, having supplied the tracking number, my refund is showing as pending in my account.

None of the items

Terrible. Would not give returns address until I repeatedly asked. Returned items but haven’t received refund 2 months down the line. I’ve been in touch with Trading Standards.
Do not buy from this company.

Horrific company!!! Do not buy from them!!! Crap customer service and shouldn’t be allowed to be a business. I’m still waiting on my refund from nearly 3 weeks ago. Have emailed them about 10 times and no reply yet.

SCAM!! quality and item opposite to picture… cheap material. Awful customer service! refused to a full refund and kept offering 30% back …. Customer service awful; doesn’t listen or answer questions! Went to my bank in the end for chargeback and reported as fraud!

Please do not buy anything off these people it is a scam - i am trying to get over £170 of money back and they keep offering for me to keep the clothes and just have a credit note. They wont send me their address so i can return the clothes. Feeling very concerned that I will loose my money - can anyone help?
