DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE SWEATSHOP COMPANY!!!!!
They obviously use the word ‘London’ to suggest quality but if you read all the reviews you’ll find out the quality of any thing (if) received is cheap crap made in a sweatshop in China.
I bought a jacket from Muse London on 12/11/2024.
To date I have never received anything and I have since contacted the company 3 times via their ‘contact form’. Each time I received a reply email saying a customer service personnel will contact me but I have had no response.
There is no contact phone number for this company (obviously cause they’re based in China) or I would have phoned their customer services to try and resolve this further.
I have since raised the issues with PayPal and awaiting a response.

I just ordered a pair of boots and I didn’t receive they said will take 7-14 working days and I will receive an email with tracking number but I didn’t receive nothing.

I ordered three dresses at the beginning of November. So far nothing has been delivered! I’ve been in contact with James in customer service - very reassuring. Outcome no delivery.
I suspect I’ve been scammed!
Don’t trust these people.

Terrible, do not buy anything from Muse.London. Awful quality, nothing at all like the picture, worse quality than the £1 shop. They will try to avoid giving you a refund at all cost. I sent the item back a month ago and I am still waiting for the refund.

Use the small claims court to get your money back if all else fails.
Muse will claim that they are following lawful processes until you do something drastic.
With a small claim they are liable for paying the £35 fee on top of the amount owing

OMG, what can I say ? First of all, this company has nothing to do with London. It is a sweatshop in China. I ordered what was portrayed as a sweater, but when it arrived it was a screenshot of a sweater printed on cheap cotton. And this POS took six weeks to arrive. Now, I know Royal Mail has its problems but six weeks from London ? 😂😂😂😂
A must to avoid. Shitty Chinese companies like this have to be banned from trading here.

Took 5 weeks for my order to come and it was nothing like the picture when it finally arrived. Terrible quality. I have emailed 3 times to see how to return and get no reply. Do not buy from this company

Ordered 2 mens jumpers on 22nd october still tracking states in progress yet meant to be a london company which they arnt keep bei g told they are on their way told them to cancel and refund full amount getting nowhere wish id checked reviews first DONT DEAL WITH MUSE ITS A SCAM WHY THEY ALLOWED TO L8ST AS LONDON AND TO STILL TRADE

Ordered 3 items in their sale. Happy to take my money. Goods were never supplied. Customer service did respond initially advising that orders take up to 14 business days to despatch, then that there was a delay, then they cancelled my order. Still waiting to see if they refund my card. In the meantime I'm being bombarded by offers to place more orders with them. I think they would be better served trying to fulfil existing ones. Once bitten twice shy, definitely a company to avoid in the future.

Awful!!!!! Been emailing David Anderson who "works there" ordered back in October for a treat to myself as I'm going through cancer only to never receive anything and be robbed of £165. It's disgusting I've raised a dispute! I've screenshot it all !

Ordered goods in October and still not arrived 4 weeks later. I raised a dispute with my credit card company a week ago as goods not despatched as agreed and quoted trust pilot reviews. Amex have already refunded me.

Waited almost 3 weeks for order only to have it cancelled, with no notification, when I asked when I would be likely to receive it.

I wished I had read the reviews before ordering the CLASSIC HENLEY CORD DRESS. I ordered this at the beginning of September and I received it mid-October. To my utter disappointment, the dress size was too small. Even though I took measurements to be sure of the size. An email was sent and a response received a few days later stating that I could return the dress for another size. Well don't bother about that. The chase up emails and the lack of confirmation, reassurance and decency to inform you of the progress was non existent. Sadly what looks to be such a fab website is clearly nothing more than a cheap, take your money and hope someone will be happy with their purchase. CLEARLY NOT. I have since unsubscribed. What an utter disappointment!

Purchased a "CLASSIC HENLEY RIBBED SWEATER" which took 5 weeks to arrive (meanwhile asking for a full refund as their tracking clearly showed it had not even reached a carrier in China after 4 weeks!) - What a disappointment when it did arrive, oversized cheap smooth printed shiny tablecloth type material that doesn't even look like it's stitched together in part, more like seam welded or glued, the material is such awful poor quality!
Already realise it's going to be pointless trying to get a refund from them as they are a shower of bandits.
Nothing is what it seems on their website - very deceptive marketing with photo shopped pictures of their cheap tack.

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Despite their claim of 10 day delivery it took 34 days to receive a tatty Chinese quality jacket. If I'd known that Muse used Chinese goods I wouldn't have used them.

the order placed a month ago has not arrived yet, I do not recommend it

Ordered two stripy tops. Delivery took about three weeks then when they arrived the material was shiny and cheap and absolutely not what was displayed in the pictures. Asked for a refund which was a process as initially they wanted to send me a partial refund. Eventually sent it back to an address in the midlands recorded and had to then chase again for them to refund me. Do not recommend. Misleading.

Terrible Company and will do anything to delay the refund process - offering 30% then 40% off, sending back at owners cost, proof of postage continuously being sent BUT after a good 4 weeks of fruitless emailing I DID GET A REFUND so just repeat the sending of the same information and hopefully you too will receive your money back.
The last now funny comment from this company was that it will take up to 15 business days for the credit to be paid in your account... Tended to loose the point at that and was consequently paid within minutes.
Such a waste of everyone's time as the garments were dreadful - embarassingly terrible. Good luck Muse London - they will not be around that long with service like that.......

I would give them a 0 if I could. Do not order anything from them!!! I ordered on 12th October and the items I ordered (2 "waterproof" coats - one navy one cream) took 2 weeks to arrive. Items received were nothing like what I ordered. Two coats came - one black and one cream but not waterproof. Very poor quality. Contacted seller for refund. Requested their return address 5 times and they kept offering me store credit. I opened a case with PayPal and they gave me their return address. I have now escalated the case as I returned the item on 7th November and it was tracked delivered on 9th November. It is now 23rd November and I have not received a refund or any communication. I have escalated the case with PayPal. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
