DO NOT use this company i ordered a jumper it never arrived, they did not contact me i contacted them chasing it they said it would be shipped but then emailed to say they had cancelled my order and i would be refunded. I was then told i had been refunded pay pal emailed me to say they were processing it then the next day emailed me to say the refund had not gone through so i needed to contact seller who are now not responding to any messages they have taken my money and are doing nothing about it!

I bought the blue checked shirt that kept appearing in my feeds.

Waited 2 months for delivery and well when it finally arrived I had to laugh. The stitching was already falling out, the two pockets on the chest were different sizes and the material was so thin you could see through it.

I can’t even be bothered to try raising a complaint as I know it will get me nowhere.

It looks like they have changed the company name too now, just to con some more mugs like me. 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Placed order in October. Still no sign of it now in December. No response to my many emails. Do not buy from this company!

Purposely misleading customers by selling absolutely shocking counterfeit of what they portray on their website. Pursue them for a full refund with PayPal and absolutely do not pay for return postage to China or Northampton as they will claim they never received it and at the end of the day, why should YOU pay for return postage for a product you never ordered?!?! I have suggested to PayPal that they part ways with this company.

We placed an order in mid-November, and as of today, December 5th, we have yet to receive the product. Furthermore, despite sending several emails, we have not received any response or update regarding the status of our order.

The tracking system provided in the order confirmation email is non-functional. When attempting to track the order via your website, it states that the order does not exist. We suspect this may be because the item is being shipped from Asia, which, while not an issue in itself, should be clearly communicated to customers.

We also feel it is misleading to present the company as "Muse-London" if products are sourced and shipped from abroad. At the very least, we expect prompt replies to our inquiries, given that we have already paid for the order.

Following my previous review, we eventually received an email from Muse-London that cancelled our order just before Christmas with the note of refund within 14 working days. That was on the 2nd of January and we are still waiting on the refund and have to chase them again.

Awful …. Do not use!!!
Order placed nothing recieved, waited 2 months.
Promised refund… ‘faked’ a refund transaction that didn’t clear. Now ignoring my emails.
Items shipped from Asia NOT London - trading standards aware. They are being investigated for fraudulent activity.

Delivery took over two weeks. The product was a very poor quality and definitely didn't look as on the pictures. The return process is terrible - they trying to push you to keep the product in return of the credit (50%) to use on other products. When you refuse, they offer you a 100% credit to use on their website. It took me few attempts to get the address for the return. They still haven't refunded my money, although they received the product over two weeks ago. I'm in process to cancel the payment on my credit card provider.
Avoid!!!!

As with all the other reviews, this company is not trustworthy. I made two orders on 4th November. I contacted Muse when my items hadn’t arrived on two occasions and was told to wait to 7-14 business days which I did. On 25th November I received two automated emails telling me that my orders had been cancelled at my request (which I hadn’t requested) and both amounts had been refunded. Again, I waited some time, and on Paypal both refund amounts had been cancelled by Muse. I have had to contact Paypal today to raise disputes to get my money back. Alot of people probably believe they’ve been refunded after receiving emails but might not check. I’m glad I did otherwise they would have probably done what they intended to do in the first place, and keep the money.

First of all, there's a guaranteed delivery time of between 7-15 business days; I ordered on Oct 23rd but received the package on Nov 30th.
More importantly, the product is nothing, and I mean NOTHING like the photo on their online shop. If anything, I would give them five stars for their skills of misrepresentation. Seriously, they have an excellent photography and promo department, but the standard of their products is dreadful ... in fact I'd call it fraudulent.

Item arrived after weeks. Nothing like the picture and did not fit. I was given a 50% gift card for price of the item. I ordered another item. They canceled this but did not refund the giftcard. My emails have been ignord. Do not buy from them.

Bought 2 items first one on the 1/11/24 second on the 4/11/24 and did not receiced any parcel,i wrote an email ask for my refund that was after 3wks of purchase,and said items are out of stock but still did not want to refund my money,i opened an dispute via paypal thats when i got my refund.

As per all below reviews AVOID do not order from them - waited weeks for the items to come , emailed to cancel due to delay but told already despatched yet still took weeks .
When goods arrived , they had no size labels , were of very poor quality, just cheap rubbish .
Emailed to return the goods - back and forth with them offering me discounts to keep the goods 20%,30%,40%,50% in the end i said I wouldnt keep them even if free ! Eventually sent me returns address and I immediately posted back over a month ago - funnily not one reply as yet to my emails chasing up my refund
Avoid this company I dont leave many reviews but wouldn't want others to go through this experience

I ordered a top on 2nd of November and payment was taken , almost a month later they inform me after contacting them regarding this order it’s out of stock and will refund me on my original payment method (PayPal)
The refund did show as pending for 5 days on PayPal , only for Muse to then cancel refund. Luckily I can get my money back from PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not a UK company despite trading as Muse London. They do not deliver in a timely manner as it comes from china, 6 plus weeks and still not received. When contacted they then refuse a refund. Have now put in a dispute claim with my bank and have reported them to Trading Standards

Eventually after a 6 week wait, I received my order of a grey, unlined coat.
In all honesty, there’s nothing wrong with the item it’s just the terrible ‘service’ offered by this company.
Yes, I received a nicely worded and polite message back after enquiring ‘just how much longer do I have to wait?’ but that doesn’t speed up the delivery. I’d almost given up hope of ever receiving it.
DON’T be fooled by the pretty pictures and great prices.
If you want to buy clothes made in China at cheap prices, try Shein. At least you get your order quickly and returning for a refund is easy.

Like everyone else, I got conned by these charlatans - but I actually managed to get my money back. After 3 weeks of waiting and nothing delivered, I consulted with my bank on a refund. I sent daily (numbered in bold - “second/third/fourth”) emails to the info@ address. I received two responses, offering me a credit note. I called out the fraudulent activity directly with them, told them I’d taken advice from my bank and that if I didn’t receive a refund by 25th November, I’d not only involve Trading Standards, but the Economic Crime Unit at South Yorkshire Police (!!!!!!!!) - it worked, albeit by 27th November.

I have followed up with Trading Standards as these con artists need to be stopped urgently.

What an absolute insulting load of rubbish you should be investigated by the police .I ordered a chunky knit sweater not a long sleeve shirt with a picture of knitting on it it's soooo beyond a joke I'm in tears of laughter only about three months to come how do these people get away with it it's beyond me

I had a very disappointing experience with Muse.London. I purchased a jacket on 7th October that was supposed to be XXL but was incredibly small and of poor quality. I returned it immediately on 30th October, following the instructions provided by their support team. The tracking system shows they received the return, yet I still haven’t received my refund over a month later.

Despite emailing their support team three times, I received no response at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and their lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone. Avoid this company if you want reliable products and responsive customer service.
