AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!unable to fulfil my order and still waiting for my refund after 1 month!thankfully I paid by PayPal and they are chasing the refund now.

My husband ordered from this site unfortunately.
No communication regarding order for nearly a month until he contacted them. First there was a delay then they said they could not fullfill the order and had processed a refund . Needless to say we have not received one. We are now filing a claim with paypal.
Lesson learnt always check trust pilot reviews before ordering. Scam site swindling people AVOID !!!!

Con- do not buy from this company. Awful item arrived not what was pictured. Emailed for refund and they ignored. Would only refund 30%of the cost. AVOID

Do not use this company. Ordered in October, nothing received. Asked for refund in Nov. I did not want a voucher off next purchase as would not be using them again. Still no refund and now no replies to emails.
Totally disgusted

Took nearly a month after I paid for the order for them to tell me they can't fulfill it and that a refund will take up to another 14 days. Wish I'd checked trustpilot before placing my order. Certainly won't use them again and am concerned they may not refund, given bad service to date.

Everything was wrong. The delivery time was appalling, customer service need training in how to respond to a customer promptly. The description on the website of the item I ordered was completely wrong and misleading - 'chunky' knit no it isn't. Buttons on cardigan - no. I am glad I took a photo of the item description; should I wish to take this further, I have the proof. My advice is DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They deserve to go bust. Shame on them.

Tried to send order back for refund. The kept offering alternatives up to “keep the sweater and we’ll also give you a same value voucher”. Eventually agreed to this.
Ordered a replacement sweater using the voucher, never got it and they don’t answer emails. Is no one looking into these charlatans? Appalling company. Facebook should not carry their adverts. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with Muse.London unless you want to be seriously disappointed.

After 7 weeks wait for my ribbed sweaters I received them today. The photo on the site is a clever 2d photo, when the sweaters turned up they were printed patterns on cheap Cloth. Even the patches on the elbows and collar are printed. Waste of money, I wish I had read the reviews here and not the false reviews this horrible company display on their website. Avoid at all cost.

Same story as others. They say items out of stock but now there is delay with refund. I wonder if I will ever see. Their website cannot even accept payments at the moment so I guess they've disappeared.

Muse has received my goods back after requesting a refund well within the advertised returns policy. However, they are now not returning my emails and have not issued a refund.

Jumper never turned up consistently contact them no answer scammers

I have ordered a garment almost a month ago and just realised I was scammed.

Sadly I checked this company out after having placed the order 1 month ago and they still cannot advise when shipment will take place. What I don't get is why are our trading standards getting involved in such situations. The only research they have to undertake is use TrustPilot to establish which companies are not performing and sort them out. It's too easy to rip people off these days!

This company should not be trading no goods received no reply to two emails no refund this needs closing down do not use

Not even deserving of one star. I ordered two items which have not come after being promised it was just supply issues . After almost a month I requested a refund and was told I would get one. I paid via PayPal and they inform me the refund hasn’t gone through and are chasing it up. I’ve emailed the company who initially were very helpful re when delivery would be etc but of course,now no response from them except to say a refund has been issued. So I emailed to say refund had been declined and I wanted my
Money back and all I got was the immediate response of ‘thank you for reaching out to us -
Blah blah blah’. And I’ve heard nothing since! Fraudulent to say the least.

Recently bought a pair of boots which looked nothing like as advertised, tried to get a refund but they kept offering alternative. Finally settled on gift voucher of same value, ordered something then lo and behold it went out of stock and no response to issue another voucher or accept return of original boots. Customer service takes days but now just no response despite many emails from me. Shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Item never arrived. Muse set up a refund with PayPal but PayPal cancelled after funds weren't forthcoming. Avoid at all costs. This company shouldn't be allowed to advertise let alone trade.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Placed an order over a month ago and heard nothing. Emailed asking for an update and got a reply saying that I would get an email when my order was shipped. Then I had an email saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have the stock. They issued a pending refund to my Paypal account but then cancelled it. This company is a scam please don't buy anything from there.

Ordered 28th October, nothing further heard until I emailed them on. 28 th November. The only delivery date they can provide is SOON. Tracking does not function. I emailed them again 7days ago, giving them notice of seven days to return my money. Nothing further heard.
I think Facebook have had complaints as I was asked to complete a survey this morning.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered on November 13th and I still haven't received anything today. I asked when the order will arrive and no one answers.
