BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM MUSE LONDON
I ordered an Xxl jacket for my partner & it took 4 weeks to arrive. It did not fit my 12 year old son never mind an 6ft 4 man! Lucky if it was a medium. Very poor quality & there was an unpleasant smell from it. Cheaply made.
I paid to return it on 2 December & the company are ignoring my emails now & I have not had a refund. I have escalated now through PayPal.

Absolutely shocking!

Delivery was very very slow. Took 6 weeks.

Clothes did eventually arrive... Of the 12 items I wanted to keep 3 but the company are ignoring me (5 emails sent) making it impossible to return the other 9 items to their "UK Warehouse".

I've complained through my credit company so fingers crossed for a refund!

bought a jumper in October and still waiting and its now december 23rd - contacted them numerous times kept saying be patient yeah thats a laugh so asked for a refund and then silence avoid this company at all costs althought they say Muse LONDON they actually based in CHINA

Stay away! Worst customer service ever experienced! My wife brought some boots and returned via tracked delivery. Still waiting for a refund over 7 weeks later. Despite several emails, communication is atrocious and there’s no phone number to speak to anyone. If I could give a zero rating, it would be too high!

This is a scam company. They cancelled my order after a month saying they would issue a refund. They then cancelled the refund on PayPal so have stolen my money. How do we stop these thieves??

Waited 5 wks for my order. Looks nothing like the picture, poor quality and arms too short. Have sent 3 emails asking how I return, not been answered, even though when I emailed before about how long it was going to be for delivery it was answered next day! No where on their site to tell you how to return £30 odd quid down the drain, would not recommend!!

Do not order from this company.
I ordered a jumper for £19.95 on 13th November 2024 & it did not arrive, so I cancelled the order on 2nd December. My refund failed on PayPal and Paypal won't do anything about it.
I have emailed Muse-London many times but nothing comes of it.
I don't see me getting my money back.

The goods received were nothing like the picture or description, I took the goods back to a Northampton address and got it signed for, was promised a receipt but never got one, it even showed up as pending on PayPal for a while ! conversations had dragged out past the PayPal 30 days so they were no help
Don’t be tempted !!!

I ordered in October and have only just got my refund from PayPal so be patient if you have paid through that.
They offered me store credit and then partial refunds up until PayPal stepped in and got me the full refund after I returned the items.
They are operating under these names as well: Blend Apparel, Style Collective & Be Beau London if you see these companies advertising on social media then keep reporting them.
I don’t know how this scam company is still able to operate.

No order received, refund never arrived but still advertising as normal. Please do not respond to them.
They now ignore all emails but still advertise the items that they couldn’t, supply me. Disgusting behaviour sadly becoming more familiar if you add London to your website name.

Do not buy from this company, wish I read the reviews first. The dress arrived , was not the quality that it looked like online. Not true to size, far too big. Sent it back, they asked me not to return and give me money off another purchase. I will not buy from them again. Still not received my refund, after loads of emails to them. You get a generated email that customer service are dealing with it. Rubbish! £30 out of pocket, and all my time sending emails and had to pay to return the dress!

Ordered a month ago. After numerous emails, they cancelled the order. I have now taken legal action to get a refund. Fraud!

As stated with other reviews... STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Ordered from this seemingly genuine website. No product received, refund issued unexpectedly to PayPal, then refund not honoured. No response to any communications. Basically took money and have not sent goods or refunded. Theft, right? Wish I'd read reviews first, as the website is convincingly genuine. Save yourself the trouble.

Took weeks for the order to arrive after chasing them many times. When it arrived it was not the quality of their displayed item on the website. Cheap and nasty and the Customer Service is non existant. Why are they still allowed to advertise, surely Trading Standards should be getting involved.

I ordered a top back at the beginning of November, emailed to see where it was and advised it would be dispatched. Email received to say order was cancelled
Week later paypal message to say that my refund had been cancelled. No communication at all from company and 2 weeks of emails and still no reply and no refund. Not happy customer

The jumper I ordered, took weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, the quality was unbelievably poor. Their web site offered returns which could supposedly be made by emailing for instructions. Three emails sent, no replies received! Facebook clearly not checking companies advertising on their platform, so will never buy again in response to adverts on this channel

The goods took 40 days to arrive, I was away and the parcel was left out in the storms for 2 days. I have contacted Muse 3 times by email to get a returns label and organise a refund and have had no response - there is no contact number for them, the footwear is good size wise but is too tight around the ankle, and the coats are poor quality and not as the image

Would give them NO stars if I could. Sell cheap rubbish and then ignore your refund requests. I have filed a complaint with PAYPAL.
BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THEY ARE A NOTHING BUT RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Total SCUM SAMMERS took my money then after weeks waiting for my order to arrive they said unable to process your order because run out of stock, sent a refund to my PAY PAL account waited weeks for it to clear. Pay pal then informed me that the refund from Muse had failed and to contact them, I have sent emails to Muse put no reply or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
