This company deserves 0 stars, totally a SCAM, I ordered a pair of boots which never arrived due that the order was cancelled by muse, after 6 months of the order being cancelled, the refund was never received, they have literally STOLEN MY MONEY. Pls stay away from this company. Also pls don’t use Paypal as they never resolve any money dispute, is like they work together.

Like so many others, wish I’d checked before purchase. Ordered a dress in November. They cancelled order. Still waiting for refund despite numerous emails. Total scam.

Bought 2x Short Sets last Summer

Took approx one month to arrive and when they did looked nothing like the website, very inexpensive material and sizing much smaller than the advertised size

Tried to return but instead they offered me a partial refund which was easier as the return process was complicated!

Took on chance on this purchase but my instinct was not to and it was correct , just drop shipping. Waste of money

As so many other reviews I ordered and paid for goods in November only to be told that they were now no longer available and a refund would be made within 14 days. Despite chasing up several times no refund. PLEASE do not deal with this company as they seem to be a total scam.

SCAM.

Took order, a month or so later emailed saying that they were unable to send so would refund within 14 business days. A further month has passed and no refund. They seem to have disappeared off social media too. I wish I'd checked these reviews first.

This place are nothing but scammers – avoid them at ALL costs.

Two months ago, I left a review about MUSE LONDON after ordering boots for £40, which NEVER arrived. After seeing the countless negative reviews on Trustpilot, it became clear they never intended to deliver. I lodged a complaint on trust pilot, and in response, I received three different emails promising a refund and offering empty apologies. This is nothing more than a fraudulent operation – do not trust these thieves. They have yet to refund my £40…

My wife ordered a shirt which turned up wrong, tried emailing muse regarding a customer return, ansolutely NO REPLY...she has now raised a complaint via paypal...AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS

Note to self: always check Trustpilot first before ordering online from unknown companies.

Placed an order for a shirt late 2024.
Received an email 10th December stating order cancelled due to being out of stock.
Stated refund within 14 working days , still waiting, after contacting them 3 times..
By way of an update here we are on Jan 26th, still nothing

Scammers stay away from this cowboy outfit, how long will they be allowed to rip people off,and steal from the public!!

Ordered a shirt mid November for Christmas. Was told out of stock. Then a refund was issued and declined by PayPal. Paypal have not received a refund, and it is a scam. Do not buy from them.

Ordered on 14th November 2024 and paid £47.88 by Paypal. After a couple of weeks I was told the item was out of stock. I clamed a refund which was deposited on Paypal on 2nd December 2024 and the same day it stated the refund failed.
I'm still waiting for a refund despite many emails to them and Paypal.

I ordered £70 worth of clothing from here and never received any of it , when ever I contacted them for a tracking number I was told it would be shipped the following week 3 months later I still haven’t received it WEBSITE IS A SCAM

I did receive items after but they did take 2 months to arrive, I purchased a few sizes planning to return them but Muse London have failed to provide return process information.

Clearly this is not a professional or honourable company.

My recommendation would be to AVOID - MUSE London

This company is not based in London,I ordered my son a shirt on 14th Nov but by the 16th Dec they messaged to say it had been cancelled due to no stock and that they would do a refund which I still haven't received today. I've sent lots of correspondence but they take a very long time to reply and still no refund. I don't even think they have ever had the stock in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A CON

I would like to put a minus but this is not possible.After several attemps to send back my two mens cardigans..I am not a happy customer.I have items that are no good and require a refund, but after trying on numerous times to contact to no avail it has resorted for me having to write this review on here.
Please help in any way possible!

Don't touch them with a barge pole! Doesn't even merit one star! Partner ordered a man's sweater which was in no way a match for the item featured on the website. Several emails later was eventually provided with a return address which, on checking Google Earth, turned out to be a residential property. Still no refund after several weeks and returning the item so we're going to resort to applying to bank for refund and will report the company to trading standards.

This company is China based (not London) which is at best misleading.
They took my order and then nothing; I emailed them and waited; several months later after I had requested my bank cancel they have emailed to say the item is out of stock.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; they appear to be set up to take your money and hold it for as long as possible, presumably earning interest on many purchases. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Still waiting for refund from this company…doubt if I will ever receive it…
