Now this is going back since October 2024 when I placed an order for the value of £62.78 I never received the items I ordered made contact with Muse several times via email with comments of we will get back to you and to date they never have, I'll never shop with this shower of S--t ever again 😤

So I ordered in November 24, with delivery expected 14 days. What arrived? Nothing. Nada, zip. Emailed for info. No response. Emailed again, response. Out of stock, cannot supply, will refund in 14 days. Now 3 months in and numerous emails, I still have no goods and no refund. This company is a total sham, lying and cheating customers. I suggest that this company is avoided like the plague.

Order not delivered for months back and fourth with them said they were unable to deliver due to product being out of stock, wil pay in 14days it's 2months now ,

Put one star as you have to add a score, would have been 0. Total and utter scam. They cloned the picture from another website, took months to send a shiny polyester replica from China. When I complained and asked for refund they said that due to being environmentally conscious (what a joke!) they would offer partial refund without returning top. When I agreed just to get something back, surprise surprise they had technical issues. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY. Interesting you can’t leave a review on their actual website! Avoid at all costs.

Like many others on here, ordered a jacket in Nov 24 to be told not in stock and refund would be issued. Refund went to PayPal and seconds later was rescinded. Several emails over the past 3 months to Muse London (David Anderson) and was ensured that refund was on its way and that there was a ‘problem with their system’. Got refunded today (3 months later) via PayPal. Avoid this company!!

How is this company still able to trade???? I like all the reviews listed, purchased goods from these people. My original order was put through for one item I then realised I had paid for 2 of the same item, how I don't know, maybe another scam of theirs. I contacted customer service and a David Anderson advised he would refund the second item which he did. So far so good no issues there. A few days later the item I did want never arrived so I chased for delivery updates, again David advised all was ok, I went back and forth a few times getting the same old story everything is fine. After weeks of toing and froing with this idiot I then received an e-mail advising they could not get the stock and a refund would be processed. Still now no refund, I notified my bank and they have advised they contacted Muse who are now challenging my purchase or refund offer. Luckily the bank are on my side as I have more than enough proof. These people are more stupid than I thought, with numerous e-mails going back and forth between me and them there's also a purchasing receipt etc more than a digital footprint. This company are complete and utter SCAMMERS.... STAY AWAY.......

Scam scam scam. Do not use!

Will not use again! Order several items in Oct 24 that never arrived. I queried and got told they could not fulfil the order and would issue a refund. 14 days later still no refund.

My experience is the same as everyone else's!!! Scammers... Never received the product, a jumper I paid for.... No response from the email. Chased & chased!!!!!
Do not shop from them!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. Ordered coats in November, never arrived after 4-5 weeks. I cancelled the order and they also send an order cancellation notice saying they had no stock. They Refunded one order the other still no refund after numerous e-mails to David Anderson.

Don't waste your money, the goods will take ages to arrive and they seem to be cheap, poor quality copies of other products. Mine arrived after 3 weeks, the quality was shocking, no tags on the item, the sizing was way too small. When I tried to return it, I eventually got a reply, they kept offering discounts to keep the product, even though it didn't fit. Then I returned it, recorded delivery, they wanted me to show them the proof that they had signed for it at their address before refunding me. I think I was lucky to get the refund as many others didn't get one.

Total ripoff they should be banned from trading

I experienced the same as many others and they emailed to say item unavailable and would refund. Refund started then Paypal messaged to say refund not completed. Despite my many emails all I get is emails for months saying that they are investigating.

I have had the same problem with this company. Placed my order, they took ages, then they cancelled the order and I am still waiting for my refund. Total ripoff merchants. I've ticked the box to show I've left a review- not that they'll read it!

Only gave it a one-star as I could not rate as zero.
Same experience as many others it seems.
Took my money in November, no delivery, then order was cancelled by them as they cannot fulfil, now stopped replying to e-mails and no promised refund.
TOTAL SCAM - JUST DO NOT USE THEM.

As numerous other contributors have said, this Company is a complete ripoff. Please do not touch them with a barge pole, you WILL regret it.
I placed an order in early October, the item was too small and I asked for my money back. Instead, the Company offered larger and larger discounts off a replacement item instead of a refund.
Eventually when the discount offered had reached 100%, I relented and ordered an alternative jumper which never arrived. On the 10th December they announced that they could not fulfil my order and they had issued a full refund.
It is now 22nd January 2025 and still no refund, and since 25th December they have even stopped replying to my e mails.

Muse is a total scam. I returned goods worth over £50. After messing me about with offers of discounts, all of which I refused, eventually they credited my PayPal account. Seconds later, the credit was rescinded, and I am still waiting for my money

Ordered a shirt in November. They cancelled order. Still waiting for refund despite numerous emails. Total SCAM.

Not London but China. Avoid they take your money then nothing, after weeks of chasing you then receive a message saying out of stock. Had to go through Paypal to get a refund

This company deserves 0 stars, totally a SCAM, I ordered a pair of boots which never arrived due that the order was cancelled by muse, after 6 months of the order being cancelled, the refund was never received, they have literally STOLEN MY MONEY. Pls stay away from this company. Also pls don’t use Paypal as they never resolve any money dispute, is like they work together.
