Ordered a jacket for £30
Apart from the colours it’s nothing like advertised.
Very thin more like a rain coat and the zip will last about 2 minutes .
Company awful and I wouldn’t order again

I purchased a coat and boots which looked stunning on the webpage. When I received them they were made from cheap material and the sewing was shoddy. I emailed to try and return the items but it was a very frustrating process. Constantly offering me credit or a discount. After sending 5 emails I finally got them to give me a return address however the way in which the emails I received were written tells me its a standard email being sent with a different made up person's name attached each time and no real conversation with a person. I am fed up with this company I have now sent back the items and I am waiting for the refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Having read the reviews here, after I’d placed an order, I was dreading receiving the two jumpers the I had ordered, especially after finding out that they were shipped from China.
However, having received them I have to say that I am not too disappointed. Yes the fabric is lighter in weight than I expected and yes they did need a quick press to iron out packing creases. Apart from that I have to say that, for the price I am quite pleased. And, they fit just fine.

I’ve waited until my refund hit my account before writing this review and like others I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a ladies green ‘knit’ long cardigan, which looked great on instagram and a blazer. When they finally arrived I was appalled at the quality. Both were made from some sort of felt of such poor quality that I wouldn’t even have used them to clean their car. I emailed their info address and was told that they would give me 20% back and I could keep them. No was my answer. I asked for a refund. They came back and offered 40% but gave me details of a Northampton address to return the goods to but had to be sent by tracked post. This I did and after several emails one threatening to report them to Trading Standards, Instagram and get legal advice I finally got my refund today. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Don't buy from them.Bought a jacket 5xl and would say more like a XL if lucky.Now have to try and sell as too much hassle to return.As not going to pay to return as they want you to pay for a tracking delivery

We’ve just been refunded by PayPal on behalf of this so called company!! His no quibble returns is a complete lie.
Let them deal with it as I’m sure he’s damaging their reputation for payments!
He’s a loser full stop.

Just like all the other reviews - clothes took a month to deliver from China, were very poor quality, and when I returned them I never heard anything from them. I deeply regret falling for their shiny instagram adverts and thought I was more savvy then that

After order with Muse London, I received a tracker notice saying my clothes were being dispatched from a city in China. Received two tops that I paid £19.99 for each one they are so poor quality, look and feel like a £5 top. Absolute rubbish.

I ordered two so called ribbed sweaters, when they eventually arrived they were not ribbed, nor did they have suede elbow patches as described and pictured on the website. They were cheap nasty nylon like articles with the ribbed and patch features just being printed on the garment. Like others here, no direct refund is offered they expect you to pay to send it back to China but attempt to pay you off with a 30% refund with you keeping the crappy garment they sent. This is a total scam selling items that don't resemble the item shown and described on the website.

As others have found, this company pretends to be an up market London brand but in fact the goods are sent from China. There is no indication of this when ordering. Futhermore, I ordered a Men's shirt ("designed for the modern alpha male...") which arrived with the buttons on the women's side! When I complained, I was told I could return the item AT MY OWN EXPENSE.

I should have looked at the reviews. This is bad, quality of product is not as advertised and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive just don't buy from them.

Ordered a coat in a size 10 and it’s more like a 14/16. Cheap, synthetic material. Want to return but can’t get returns information. I have sent many emails. Offering a 30% refund too, but cost massive and not fit for purpose. AVOID!

BE AWARE - they also trade as Chic London with same website, no doubt they will pop up under a different name later.

I ordered a mens top, supposed to be corduroy with suede elbow patches. What I received was a cheap, nasty, shiny, nylon top with nasty tan elbow patches incorporated into the weave at the elbows, meant to look like stitched suede patches. Delivery took 16 days and it was not apparent the item would come from China. There is no information on the website to indicate where Muse-London is based. That should have been a warning to me!

Avoid!!! I ordered 2 dresses and the quality was terrible. Cheap synthetic material, poorly made. I contacted their customer services for a refund and told because of their ‘sustainability’ policy they would prefer to offer a partial refund of initially 30%. I said I wanted to send back for a full refund. Their communication was terrible and after lots of emails and having contacted them so many times for their return address I agreed to a 40% refund. So far received nothing although I’ve been told I should receive in 2 weeks. Having read the reviews here I think it’s unlikely. 😢

Jumper was cheap , acrylic and nothing like what was advertised . Returned product at extra cost and never received refund despite tracking product . Terrible customer service . Thiefs . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

Men’s shirts took ages to be delivered received with buttons on the wrong side. Goods come from China which is not obvious until you get tracking information

Cheap material that bears no resemblance to website image. This company hides behind a 'doctored' website and should not be allowed to trade in the UK. They should be truly ashamed of themselves and their so called 'products'

I seriously wish I read the reviews before making a purchase! Just received my "leather" boots, that are genuine plastic coated and smell like fish. Avoid at all costs. I'm making no attempt to return, not worth spending further money for what looks like no refund. You live and learn the hard way sometimes, never again!

Don't waste your money. Very poor quality, not one label on the shirt I bought. Cheap rubbish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The garment that I eventually received from Muse-London came from China and was of poor quality; a very thin acrylic sweater that was advertised as 70% cotton. Customer Service only responded to one of 6 emails I sent to them. I returned the garment by Royal Mail, Tracked 48 so I know it has been received by them. Since then no refund and no response to my emails. There is something very dishonest about this company. Buyers beware!
