Have to hold it to have water pressure
Showerhead works great and has great water pressure if I hold it and not hang it on the cradle. But I need two hands to wash so it’s not living up to my expectations. I like the filtered water though, hair and skin are not as itchy. We’ll see as time goes on…

Great customer service (Angela) who replies to emails promptly and follows through with requests immediately. Shower head has definitely improved water pressure - I hope it holds up though as parts are made of plastic. Can't say whether water purity has improved because we have good water in our area of Australia.

Garbage materials
Bought 2 of them, shipping was horrible. Overlooked it. The product broke at the hose and is leaking everywhere. The holder for the shower head is already cracked. lasted 3 months. cost for what you get is ABSURD. plastic parts for over a $100 order? get real. flimsy and not worth it.

Great product
Nice flow, great pressure. Came with everything need to install, even the plumbers tape. Just wish with the buy one get one deal came with 2 of everything and not just the shower head. But it is a great product and Highly recommend.

Cheap quality
Cheap quality. Mostly plastic. I thought if we paid me and went with what was advertised as the original, it would be higher quality. The ads make it look more versatile than it is. Mine only has 2 settings, both of which are not as powerful as my old showerhead. No wonder they give one free.

Better water pressure & cleaner water noticed
Have had 2 sets for just over 2 months now. The shower head and filters are amazing! They really perform as promised. The hose is not made properly or of high quality. It got tangled while water was on and water started shooting out of the hose and luckily a regular replacement on amazon worked.

The pressure and shower head is…
The pressure and shower head is excellent! Problem is the nozzle that connects to the spout is cracked from screwing on. I am in need of another one and leaking pretty bad.

DISHONEST COMPANY
I ordered a showerhead and a I noticed a subscription for replacement showerheads was added to my order when I received the order confirmation. There is no customer service phone number, so I sent an e-mail within 5 minutes of receiving the order confirmation asking Muravai to cancel my order. Muravai never responded. The next day I received a notice the item as shipped earlier that day. I e-mailed Muravai again and I heard back from them right away. Yet, they said there was nothing that could be done because the item had already been shipped. Amazing how quickly I heard back from them once they shipped the item *sarcasm*. Company is dishonest. 1) They added subscription to my order. 2) They chose not to reply to my cancellation request and only responded after the item was shipped. DISHONEST Company. Now, I have to file a credit card dispute.

NO STARS!
Purchased your shower head on October 20th. I have already had to replace the hose it came with because it busted through. So I bought an expensive new hose last weekend and the shower head itself cracked open today . This is the worst product I have ever spent money on. As it is it feels like needles hitting your body so I use the button to slow down the pressure as recommended by your team. I haven’t once had a relaxing shower. No one in my family likes it and they all agree. Feels like needles!
I’m sure you won’t give me my money back because I’m outside the 40 day money back guarantee. Clearly it’s only meant to last that long before it falls apart!
