A pretty nice shower head.
Gave it a try after looking at one on Amazon (apparently a knock-off of this) and ordered it to try. Overall, the pressure is nice -- not quite as strong as is suggested, but decent. The shipping was slower than expected, but the emails were not. I got offers that expired before I received the head (but they made good on that, to be fair). I also got a notice to order more filters -- each should last a month, and I have had the head for close to 2 weeks now (in other words, way too soon). Filters are a bit expensive at $10 each, so that may be a long-term deterrent for many, which is kinda sad, since the shower head is nice overall and I think people would really like it. My suggestion is to give it a try (they have good sales offers) and see for yourself. My advice to the company is that you have a great product, but you need to fix the "behind-the-scenes" operations to make more sense.
I got a buy-one-get-one offer from Muravai, and decided to give it a try since I was looking at a similar product on Amazon (which seems to be a knockoff of this). The shipping took a lot longer than I expected, and I received another incentive offer that expired before I ever received my shower head, which was a bit off putting, but to be fair, Muravai made good on the offer (to extend it) so, I am okay with that part. I finally got it and installed it (easy) and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Overall, the pressure is very nice, but not quite what they advertise in their videos, but plenty strong enough for most people. I was impressed as I did not lose any pressure with this showerhead, like I did with a much more expensive “major brand” showerhead. There are two main settings, a high mist and full power. Both are nice, and the built-in “pause” button works quite well without leaking or other issues. I also received an email to re-order more filters (they sent 3, and each lasts a month, so it was way too early for that).
If I have any complaints about this product, it is that the filters are a bit expensive, at around $10 each. Other than that, I can happily recommend the product itself.
I don’t know if Muravai actually reads these posts, but what I can say to them is that you make a great product, but you need to work on the back side of the business – fix the shipping times, and properly schedule the emails and renewal notices, etc. As I noted earlier, these can be quite off-putting for potential customers who would otherwise like and recommend your products. Also, work on lowering the cost of the filters – similar models on Amazon have 10 filters for $12 (as opposed to $10 each). A more affordable filter would definitely benefit your sales.

The shower was easy to assemble
The shower was easy to assemble. It has helped with my water pressure. I like how you can detach the head and use it to spray out the shower. The filter has a longer life span than anticipated which is also a plus. I do with it wasn’t all plastic but I am very happy with my purchase.

I love the shower I feel like with the…
I love the shower I feel like with the filter it is making a difference in my skin. I only wish that the part that connects the shower head to the wall in the shower was able to adjust in height for the taller or shorter people. That we can adjust it to bring it more down to help it fall better for shorter folks. But in all great shower head and I’m super happy with my purchase.

Not really the greatest material quality and they scam you into a subscription (why would I subscribe to a shower head?). I’m contacting my bank for fraud.

Seems to be making a difference
After making the order, we received it within about two weeks. The installation was easy, and the shower head works well. The water seems to be softer and our hair feels lighter after shampooing. After a couple of weeks I changed out the filter and the contamination was noticable. I feel like the filter is cleaning the water.

Shower hose needs immediate improvement!
Shower head has amazing pressure, but the hose is pure garbage (ordered in May 2025)! It’s extremely poorly made and after a few showers you’ll have water spewing from breaking points all along the length of the hose causing loss of water pressure. After the first hose failed I contacted customer service about the issue requesting a replacement and that was like pulling teeth because the company kept saying the problem was an “installation issue”. This was even after I sent photographic proof of where the water was spewing from along the length of the hose. After me standing my ground and insisting a replacement the company sent a replacement hose that I received in September.
And now once again January 2026 the hose is spewing water from multiple areas along the length of the hose causing loss of water pressure. I’m not even going to waste my time reaching out to the company this time I’ll try to find a comparable hose that will be compatible with maintaining the high water pressure from the shower head.

Invigorating Showers!!!!
I RARELY leave reviews and to be honest, did not know what to expect. But purchasing this was one of the best things I bought. The shower experiences are invigorating - best showers ever! One thing I would like though is even though the deal provides you a second shower head, I wish it came with a second connector as well. Also the very first use, you may hear some whistling noise which is fine.. run the showerhead taking two to three showers and it’s gone. Super simple to install as well!

😻 i love this water filter. I wish there is more filter options for faucets with adjustable hose for my kitchen or bathroom sinks. My faucets are too wide to fit to other filters. I love this shower filter- makes the water softer.

Best shower head for my hair
The hard water at my home was affecting my skin and hair. Washing my hair with different products and spending money on treatments has been a battle, all to find out that it was the water all this time. After purchasing this shower head, within day one of use, my hair was softer and more manageable than it has ever been.

Nice shower experience
It’s a nice showerhead however it’s much too high for short people. I imagine if you use the wall mount it might not be too bad. Also, the fitting that screws onto the water neck that holds the showerhead is plastic and it really should be metal chrome plated brass would work the best.

customer support needs work
i loved the shower head, but i did not sign up for a subscription at any point in time and they charged me for two filters a month after my purchase and have not answered my email to get a refund or stop the shipping process. i wish there was a number i could call instead of waiting for an email to possibly get answered.
