Nice Improvement
Overall, a great shower head and a significant improvement over the original shower head. The flow isn't quite as strong as advertised, but that is more likely due to the water pressure coming through the pipes. One issue I had was that due to how high my water supply pipe is in the shower, I had to buy an extension to drop it lower because the Muravai is long and sits high in the cradle.

The Hose from Hell
I enjoy the filter and settings however the hose is cheaply made less than 2 week use in master bath and water is squirting out of the side of the hose. Also it’s hard to contact customer service.

False product.
A friend of mine has a muravai from a few years ago. I decided to go for it and get one. I was disappointed to see it was a knockoff in muravai packaging. The one my firend has is seamless, has the official logo, and didn't have much plastic. The one i received was entirely plastic, had no logo, and leaked out of the shower head when in different modes. This is garbage and I didnt do my due diligence before trusting this company. They have not tried to make things right. Their ads and website materials are duplicitous and misleading compared to the real product. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Muravai
Muravai, bought this shower head from this company. It was made of 90% plastic and leaked from the valves on the hand controller from the start. When I contacted Muravai about it their solution was an attempt to buy me back. I continued to attempt to get a refund and finally got to either send it back to an address that is hard to find anywhere on their website, or take a 75% refund and keep the hardware. When I looked through the return policy it is not helpful and I would probably be paying a hefty restocking fee for the return. Would not suggest using this company.

Don’t Buy Muravai
I recently bought this Muravai showerhead directly from their website, and let me tell you — don’t fall for the hype. They hit you with the “buy one, get one free” deal and make it sound like you’re getting a $60 value. What they don’t make clear is the sneaky subscription they slide you into. You’re automatically signed up to buy their filters at their pace, and they bill your card without making it obvious. Luckily, I’m meticulous, so I caught it — but most people won’t.
Now let’s talk about the actual product.
One of the showerheads literally cracked at the base where it screws in. I thought it was loose, but nope — cracked on both sides. Once you hold it, you realize how flimsy and cheap it feels. Does it look nice? Sure. Do they have great marketing? Absolutely. But is it a good product? Absolutely not.
I moved into my new place and haven’t even paid rent three times yet, and the showerhead is already broken. I’ve had showerheads for years without a single issue, but this one didn’t even last a few months.
Please do not fall for the marketing.

I don’t like how even on the full…
I don’t like how even on the full setting the water comes out misty. If you have a shower curtain it blows it all over the place. Plus the pin holes the water comes out of do not spray evenly. Approximately 4 - 7 holes spray in different directions. I tried to complain directly to customer service and they gave me these ridiculous things to try to reduce the misty water blowing and try to reduce pressure of the shower head, which make it a very unsatisfying shower and difficult to rinse soap off. I appealed to customer service a few times and they kept feeding me BS.

I like that the water is filtered while…
I like that the water is filtered while I'm taking a shower. I bought this item from Muravai and a wash towel from another company and started using both at the same time. Unfortunately, my skin broke out. It was as if I was allergic to something. That's why I didn't submit a review until I figured out what was going on. It turned out to be the wash towel. This shower head has way too much water pressure. That can be taken care off by adjusting the water flow at the valves. However, my shower curtain still flops around when the water is on. It sits a little too high. I'll have get used to that. The hose is just a little short, but that's ok. I still like my Muravai filtered shower head.

Poor Build Quality
The shower heads were perfect when we first installed them however after a few weeks, both shower heads now have hairline fractures and water sprays out the side whenever we use the stopper feature on the shower head. Essentially both products are damaged and inoperable at this point. Maybe that’s why it was a buy one get one offer since the company knows the build quality isn’t the best. And NO the shower heads were not dropped causing the issue I’m describing

I've been all over the website and even commented on an ad on their Facebook page, I cannot find some extremely important information about the product. Every company knows there is specific information about shower heads that people want to know but this company doesn't list this specific information anywhere. Not really a good look.
What is the GPM?
What is it made out?
Can't claim "high pressure" but be made out of all plastic with a 1.75 GPM.

Absolute trash
Absolute trash. My wife found these on a social media platform. The deal was two shower heads and a bunch of filters. Within 6 months, we've gone through both shower heads, each of them springing leaks in the side of the cheap plastic handles. Honestly, I think I could 3D print a strong shower head. Save your money and don't buy this junk.

I love how strong the water pressure is and I’ve noticed that the water filter is doing its job. I just wish that there’s an adjustable attachment to make the shower head come down lower for short people like me.
