I want to share my experience with MUK, which was unfortunately VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I am not someone who usually leaves negative reviews. I tried to be as nice as possible and reach an amicable solution, offering various options to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, it was impossible to settle anything politely with them.

At the beginning, they sold me a product that they did not actually have in stock. I waited over a month for it to be shipped with no updates or communication. Every time I asked for clarification, I was repeatedly told that they were waiting for the item to arrive at their US warehouse.

During that time, I also ordered another product that was supposedly in stock, and it was shipped immediately. However, I was never informed about the extremely high shipping costs to the U.S. I ended up being charged almost the same amount for shipping as for the product itself, and UPS demanded an additional $40 payment on delivery for shipping and customs fees.

Only later did I find out that the package wasn’t coming from a US warehouse at all, as I had been told, but all the way from Barcelona, which explains the unexpected costs. Because I had already paid for shipping at checkout, I refused to accept the package.

Over a month later, I received a letter stating that interest was accruing on this unpaid package, a package that in my opinion MUK, not I, should be responsible for. Afraid the fees would keep increasing, I paid for the package despite never receiving it.

I contacted MUK again to request a refund and explained the entire situation. Once again, I encountered poor customer service, unclear communication, and a refusal to reimburse the UPS charges.

Putting aside the fact that this situation should never have happened in the first place, the customer service was truly terrible. It felt as though the staff didn’t understand my emails at all, they dragged the process on endlessly, and the number of messages I had to send just to receive a refund was unbelievable. Unfortunately, they only reacted when I started writing more firmly and directly.

In the end, I did receive refunds for the products themselves. However, I was very unprofessionally informed that they would not refund the UPS payment. Instead of helping me resolve this issue, MUK just avoided any responsibility and washed their hands of the whole situation. For that reason, and because of the overall experience, I am leaving this review.

Very nice designs and i loved my studs case, but it wore off too quickly… the studs, where the hand is usually holding the phone, have changed the color from silver to brownish metal. The leather also started to rip apart, sadly not very satisfied with the quality

Absolutely love this brand! I have ordered 4 phone cases they all held up for over a year and costumer service is extremely helpful. I highly recommend!!

Tuve que hacer un cambio por una confusión de modelo de móvil, y la atención al cliente de 10. Ari super atenta en todo momento y con una comunicación eficaz y rápida. Sin duda mi enhorabuena para el equipo de atención al cliente, mis dieces!

La funda es muy bonita, buena calidad de material e igual a las imágenes promocionales. Tanto la compra como el envío fueron perfectos, rápidos y efectivos. Sin embargo me ha decepcionado un poco que no llega a encajar 100% el diseño. Para lo gruesa que es, el borde no sobresale ni un mínimo por lo que no protege la pantalla, el entorno del botón de la cámara lateral se dobla y los botones del volumen están bastante duros…

Tuve un problema con el producto y rápidamente me dieron una solución y me sustituyeron la carcasa.
El producto tiene muy buena calidad.

la funda tiene buen grosor y resistencia, y llego a tiempo, pero el diseño es borroso y de mala calidad. Muy diferente en color y nitidez a la imagen

es un equipazo, me solucionaron un problema en minutos y los productos son espectaculares

Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung! Die Hülle sitzt überhaupt nicht gut, um das Handy wirklich zu schützen. Weder Display noch Rückkamera werden geschützt. Und die Hülle hat direkt Kratzer und Kerben, obwohl ich sie nur einen Tag benutzt habe. Als ich dem Kundendienst geschrieben habe, hat mir dieser überhaupt nicht geholfen. Die Rücksendung nach Spanien kostet 10€. Ich habe wirklich nicht so schlechte Qualität für das Geld erwartet und würde jedem Menschen davon abraten hier zu bestellen.

Las fundas son peores que las que compras en SHEIN….

Hice una compra online y todo salió perfecto; cuando recibí mi pedido (que era una compra de empresa), solicité uan factura a su email de soporte, y literalmente en un minuto la tenía en mi email. Muy satisfecha con los productos y con el servicio. Gracias MUK y Ari! x
