Scam company. Ordered a month ago. Never received shipping confirmation, and did not receive a response back asking for an update. I do not expect to receive anything. Avoid scam.

Fast Delivery & Great Customer Service!
Great experience! Fast delivery and immediate response to my inquiry.
For some reason, every major retailer was out of my son’s typical brand/size of diaper. Mrgreatdeals.com was the only retailer that had stock so I decided to give them a try. Order was easy and seamless with Applepay. Confirmation quoted that the package would ship in 3 days but it actually arrived to my house in Colorado in just 3 days. Will definitely shop here again.

Hello,
This order was placed on 6/4. We received a request to ship out the unit on the same day in which we fulfilled the request. Then the customer requested us to cancel the order. Unfortunately, it had already been shipped. We have advised you on every step on this. The UPS tracking also shows that the item has been delivered to your front door on 6/9. But you insist that you did not receive it and demand a refund on the same day. We asked you to kindly check your surrounding and happy to file a lost or fraud claim with UPS but did not receive any response on that. Unfortunately, if you need a refund, we really need to have the item back. If you need anymore assistance on this, please contact support@mrgreatdeals.com
Never received my order
Never received my order. Never received a response from customer service. Had to go to my bank to receive my money back. Which I did after opening a dispute. Thus the 2 stars instead of 1.

Ordered 3 green rolling mats
Ordered 3 green rolling mats, and received only 1 April 10. I'm going through paypal, my method of payment, because he didn't send my other 2 mats to make good on my order and he did not refund me the 2 mats I did not get. It's been 1.5 months and still no refund. The one mat I did get was good quality and the price was good.

Just purchased the Bell Howell Taclight… Here my take!
Just purchased the Bell Howell Taclight lanterns deal which I saw on a TV ad. I chose to purchase on line and could not be more pleased! First the free shipping was really fast, 2 days with UPS! Unbelievable considering what we’re having to deal with right now. Now for the product, very pleased with the quality, size and all the features as shown on the TV commercial! Can not speak for the reliability yet... only had it a few hours but Bell Howell as a great reputation and been around a long time. Great product, great value and great service... highly recommend this product and MrGreatdeals.com Sincerely, Tommy Brooks

Unreliable merchant
Ordered 3 bottles of detergent. Received damaged package missing 2 bottles. Inside package found remnants of pop corn. Sent merchant no less than 5 emails and made 2 phone calls. Only response I got was a request for a photo. When I complied and sent photos of damaged box I did not receive any further response. Finally had to call credit card company for resolution. Agree with reviews that describe dealing with company “like pulling teeth”. Beware merchant not reliable
Update to above review. So after getting no satisfaction I appealed to credit card company and disputed the charges. What do you know somehow this merchant could manage to find the time to respond to the credit card company and somehow managed to collect their money and turn over my dispute. End of story I am left with one bottle of detergent and a $ 87 charge and the headache of continuing to dispute the charges for merchandise I never received. And just to be clear With regard to merchants response I did try to contact merchant by email and phone no less than eight times. Once again stay far far away from this merchant

Beware
Don't order from this seller. If something goes wrong it's like pulling teeth to get you money back.
