This website is a scam. Terrible quality. A copy of another device I found on the internet with the logo changed. Do not buy from this company!
Also, I requested a refund and I still haven’t heard from them. Appalling service, as you might expect from scammers.

Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this scam. The product is faulty. And they make it impossible to claim a refund. Truly impossible (I am persistent).

Product doesn’t work and customer service is non existent - £160 wasted

Do NOT, i repeat do NOT under any circumstance purchase from this company. They are a spam company and fraud.

They do not respond appropriately to emails. HAve different contact emails and you will need to go through their site to find one they will respond to.

I elected to cancel after reading into it further, and sent an email with my request within 10 min of purchase. Their website states you can cancel within 30 days as long as the item has not been sent. Thereafter then sent a confirmation of dispatch but no items received to the tracking. I again stated my intent to cancel. I got a response saying they will forward it to their team but it's already being processed and will update me. No update, checked the tracking again 24 hours later, no update. Again emailed my intent to cancel with refund. And shortly after I received an email my order is being processed.

Do NOT make the mistake of purchasing.

I’ve used it twice a week for 6 months and have seen no results. When you buy from the website, it’s really dodgy and kept promoting to pay more for a chance to win prizes

My device stopped working within a couple of months, and I was promised a refund. I have been told multiple times that my refund is being processed, but nothing has been sent. Don't waste your money, my hair did not reduce in growth and the product stopped working.

I’ve used the Clearlift at home laser hair remover for several weeks. It’s not worked and no one at the company will reply to me about a refund. Such a waste of money.

Does not even charge. I can’t get a light on at all. And after reading how bad the customer service is I can’t face the negative energy of trying to get a refund. An expensive internet lesson.

Their product stopped working after one use and they don't respond to emails. They also don't have a registered address.

I saw no results from using this the recommended amount of time. I have contacted them for the money back guarantee that they promise on their website and 6 weeks later and I have only received vague emails saying that the matter is being referred. There is no other way of contacting them or speaking to anyone

Same thing happened to me. Happy to provide a refund if I posted it back at my expense to the Reunion Islands near Madagascar.
Did this via Evri so it was completely tracked.
Have sent numerous emails and they just ignore them.
Have been totally scammed. Feel so angry and I’ve lost £179 plus the £26 to send it back 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Product is absolute rubbish been following instructions exactly since August and hair growth has not reduced in anyway.

Because of my skin tone i was a little bit hesitant at first about trying out their device considering my encounters with other similar devices. However this thing turned out to be gentle and effective and by following the instructions I managed to avoid any discomfort and achieve fantastic results. I'm grateful for the customer service team that guided me through using it. I'm really happy with how smooth my skin feels

Das Gerät ist Müll! Ich nutze es seit paar Monaten regelmäßig und es macht GARNICHTS außer Kopfschmerzen beim benutzen. Die Brille war katastrophal und wir reden garnicht über den Rasierer der mit geliefert wurde. Penny hat bessere…… lasst die Finger von sowas

Unglaublich...
Ich möchte das Gerät zurückgeben und habe entsprechend Clearlift Deutschland (!!) angeschrieben. Nun soll ich das Gerät auf eigene Kosten nach La Reunion zurück schicken.
Der Versand (ich würde es nicht ohne Versicherung schicken) würde mich 50 Euro kosten und ich weiß nicht, wie hoch die Zollgebühren zusätzlich wären. Ganz ehrliche - das nehme ich als Lehrgeld... Angeblich soll ich 40 % erstattet bekommen, wenn ich es nicht zurück schicke. Schauen wir mal... Der Aufwand ist mir zu groß. Das wird das Gerät im Müll entsorgt.

Betrug! Gerät defekt, keine Reaktion vom Kundendienst.
