Motor Range - Liverpool Omdömen 

Completely avoid. Should be called wormwood motors. I remember my first time at this place I was talking to the salesman and lucky enough a friend of a friend recognised me and told me dont buy anything from here. Must be 10 years on from then and a friend got a email from motor range saying that any damage to car is not their responsibility. So they messaged me to go take a look and the staff had put a metal sign ontop of the car. Having looked at the forecourt I think they have as many cats for sale as they have broken cars at the back. If you see a car with service history and any of them are in motor range then you know it hasn't been serviced. My friends car has service history from main dealership on his app but motor range supplied service history from them selves completely different milage and dates.

Top bloke top service, excellent customer service

Between me and the kids I have now purchased 7 cars in 25 years from motor range. Nick B sold us our first one when it was called switch car at the old site and today Nick sold us our 7th. I can honestly say we have never had any issues with any of them that is why we always come back, prices are very competitive and we’re always spoilt for choice. Highly recommend.

While we can’t complain about the value for money of the vehicles at Motor Range and the service finally received when we picked our car up ,the customer service of everything in between was disappointing and unprofessional to say the least.
We were due to pick our car up 7 days after our initial visit but had a phone call from our salesman on the Monday to say there was a small problem and we would be contacted later in the week. After us contacting Motor Range on Wednesday evening we were told it was our salesman’s day off. We rang 4 times on Thursday and were given 4 different reasons as to why our salesman hadn’t contacted us - it seems finally he was on holiday. Eventually we had a call from possibly the service department to say the vehicle still needed an MOT and valeting and we could pick it up at 12 the next day. We were due go away and picking it up at this time meant we had to cancel a morning visit we had planned, we had explained we were going away during the phone calls . We arrived motor Range at 12 and the car was obviously not ready. We were eventually told this was the case and we should have waited until someone had called to collect it.
So questions
1. Why were we not told our salesman was going on holiday
2. Why didn’t anyone we spoke to know if our salesman was in or not
3. If we were due to collect the car on the following Monday why wasn’t the MOT and other items completed in the first week
4. Did someone from the service department ring regarding the MOT and pick up time
5. Why were we not contacted within a
reasonable time of our phone calls instead of us having to continually ring back
Perhaps in future customers could be told if their salesman will not be available at any time before they collect a vehicle and another named person made available instead
There must be someone in the organisation who knows the whereabouts of various employees maybe everyone should know who this one person is to be able to give correct information clients
If someone in another department contacts
a client this information has to be relayed to the sales department as soon as possible
The value of communication and transparency is valuable in any organisation, a simple phone is all it takes.
Thanks to another salesman, Dan, we finally got away after over 2 hours of waiting in the showroom, he was very helpful and quickly sorted everything out for us.
We were compensated for the stress and upset the experience had caused which was a welcome surprise and hopefully our
experience doesn’t happen too often.

Jamie and Stephen helped me a lot with getting the car and other problems can’t fault them.

Tommie Mc was great and really helpful. I found buying my car so easy. There was plenty to choose from on site.
