Bought a CLA from Motorpoint a couple of weeks ago and was impressed by the competitive prices for both the car on sale and the part ex I was offering, so credit where it’s due. What wasn’t so impressive was the service. I had pointed out to the salesman when initially inspecting the car that the rear tyres were past their shelf life and I’d like them looking at moving forward, to which he obliged. Come handover day, he told me the tyres were inspected and passed checks so no replacements were offered. This was despite both rear tyres having MOT advisories due to sidewall cracks and even having missing valve caps to top it off. Was surprised Motorpoint deems MOT advisory items as sale-worthy but I suppose you get what you pay for.

A slick and easy process

I have bought my last three cars from Motorpoint because Motorpoint cars are very competitively priced, and the salesperson are very informative and helpful but what is most annoying is that the cars on display. Do not have any prices for the cars displayed on the windscreen , I do not have a phone and could not access the QR code ? please in future display the price of Motorpoint cars for sale on the windscreen this would make it so much easier for all your Motorpoint customers to purchase a car ps I am not impressed with response from Motorpoint who will not address this issue to the benefit of its customers 👎

Nice low mileage car reasonably priced except for the transfer fee on inspection I pointed out some faults that were rectified before leaving with the car plus I was promised on the phone when 1st asking about the car that it would have a full service which was not done but it has been booked in to be carried out.
I was told that it had been fully valeted but although clean inside I’d did not have the feel or smell of a freshly valeted car & the paint was dull with no lustre which was also rectified. All points were covered once pointed out but they should have been completed before I picked the car up.
The staff were very helpful & professional
