Motorpoint - Stockton-on-Tees Omdömen 

2nd car I have bought from Motorpoint.
Staff were lovely especially Paige & Pearl, there was a problem with my online account I had my email hacked over a year ago so when I put the £199 down on the car to hold it all the information had gone to my hacked email and could not get access.
I did ask for this to be changed but it can't be done unfortunately, anyway Pearl and Paige sorted this out for me.
I do think the car should have been a bit more cleaner inside if I am honest and 12 months MOT should be out on all cars but I understand Motorpoint are not obliged to do this and 6 months was on my car.
Quick turnaround from holding the car to picking it up 3 days later and dashcam getting fitted very soon so all in all I had a good experience.

Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommended.

This is the seventh car I have had from motorpoint over the last twenty years and I can honestly say I haven't had a bad car yet apart from the general wear and tear. I dont even bother to look elsewhere. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and leave you alone when browsing but are on hand when needed. Ive always been given a very good price on part exchange

Well what can I say Motorpoint Stockton you are amazing. Car I purchased ended up in garage after after 5 month. I purchased a 4 year warranty with Spectrum through them and spectrum were not very helpful but on contacting Motorpoint direct they had me a loan car within the day. Spectrum also advised me that I would have to pay towards some of the garage fee, again I contacted Motorpoint who promised to pay for my repair fee. The customer service at Motorpoint Stockton is second to none, always friendly, accommodating service is exceptional. I have purchased three cars through them never a hiccup. A crate of beer and flowers are on the way today.

Bought my car no finance went to pick it up locking wheel nuts had been replaced with normal nuts .the air con hadn't been re gassed. So they booked it in at kwik fit Durham as agreed I took it they did a free health check found all tyres weren't good .so emailed the kwick fit results with pictures .Taking into account they just mot the car with no advisory on the tyres but there was advisory the previous year .there request bring it in so we can check them not good

I would 100% recommend this company if you're looking to buy a car. They have a wide range of vehicles to choose from, and there's always a member of staff available if you need assistance. Even if the staff are busy, they'd still acknowledge you.

None of the staff were pushy; they were professional, helpful and welcoming throughout.
