Motorpoint - Glasgow Omdömen 

I like Motorpoint because there is no hard sell. The sales people let you look at the cars, if you see one you would like the keys for they give you the keys and leave you to look at the car on your own.

I would rate my experience a 3 but this one member of staff has been amazing. Her name Is Ellie Forrest , located at the Glasgow branch. It seems she is the only one working there as no one else could help me when she was off . I’ve had some superficial issues with my car since I got it but no one seemed to bother about helping me other than Ellie. Ellie managed to get it sorted , I asked to speak to a manager one day who had no patience, however Ellie came out and seen the car for herself. I would give Ellie 5/5 if I could , motorpoint in general are lacking people like her.

Whenever we had questions he would respond quickly and fully to our emails.

It was good to be able to look around the cars at our leisure. The young salesman gave us the keys to the cars we were interested in and left us to thourghly inspect them. We then were allowed to test drive the car for 30 minutes. The salesman Reid went out of his way to help purchase the car as we were unsure how to pay as I didn't have internet banking. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend Motorpoint in the future.

Salesperson welcomed us to Motorpoint, explained browsing procedures and let us get on with it, no pressure and was at hand with any questions we had, it was a great experience at Motorpoint.

Whole experience painless and seemles- No drama about valuation or tradein-

I recently bought a car from Motorpoint and had an excellent overall experience. The car was moved to Glasgow from another branch (thank you Nick) and Nicole in Glasgow made the testing and buying process really smooth. The car was really well priced, and Motorpoint offered a fair price for my trade-in as well. Thank you Nicole.

Financing was straightforward and easy to navigate without any unnecessary stress. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint for a smooth, fair car-buying experience with great service.

Only point I'd make is for Motorpoint staff to make sure electric cars consistently have a decent amount of charge in their batteries before they are sold (e.g. 50%?).

I didnt see what i wanted in glasgow showroom but went on line to your vast catalogue and was able to get my choice sent up to glasgow within a 3 day period for a charge and it arrived in perfect condition and iam now a proud owner of the car i wanted ,well done to all the staff.

Really pleased with my new Tiguan, excellent service from the team at Glasgow that kept me informed from start to finish

Relaxed experience when choosing a car, also an easy process when picking up your car. Car was in excellent condition, very happy with it. I have went to motorpoint for my cars for the past 12 years and have had great customer service every time.
