No pressure ,good value of old car and great value of new car.

Young lady member of staff- Jade ?- was very pleasant and competent.The hand over of my old car( in part exchange),the settlement of the new car and the taking possession of same all went very smoothly.Any questions I raised were promptly answered.The new car- a Hyundai Kona- was beautifully presented.Car only a few months old with very low mileage.Price paid represented a sizeable saving on the official list price.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish - Jack was patient and was a pleasure to deal with. A credit to the Company!

Excellent service and easy process

Highly recommend Motorpoint from my own experience. Selected a car from their website. Car was transported from Leeds store to Glasgow (for a fee). Chris at head office kept me informed of progress as well as giving me information about additional products such as extended warranty. At the Glasgow store Mitch was excellent at ensuring the collection/handover process went smoothly. I was given the freedom to inspect the car and test drive before signing off the deal. The car had been thoroughly checked and valeted and I've had no problems at all so far. Would definitely use Motorpoint again.

Everything went very smoothly from reserving my car online and picking it up at a pre arranged time

Had a great experience with buying my new car at Motorpoint! Jack R the salesman went above and beyond during the process and would recommend anyone looking buy a new car through Motorpoint.

I had seen the car I wanted online prior to visiting the store. After visiting the store to view in person, I had a few small needs to sway my decision to purchase, these were met.
Jack R was great, no annoying sales patter, more about the customer experience.
My experience was quick, efficient and I picked up my car in 3 days.

I found the staff at Motorpoint in Glasgow very helpful and friendly. It was well organised from going in one day to test drive the car, to driving it away the next day. The price of the car was excellent too (we saved a lot of money). A great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

No pressure selling

Salesman was really good, didnt push for sale. We went up to look at particular car we seen on their website. Test drove and took it from there. Everything went smoothly. Delighted with car.

We have bought our last 4 cars from Motorpoint at Mount Vernon Glasgow.
We went on Friday night and walked round and found a car my husband really liked. Always like the no pressure side of it.
When we went and spoke with the boy (Josh? Double earrings?), he was very patronising and then they undervalued our current car significantly, parks had valued it at over £2k more but my husband has been loyal to Motorpoint so wanted to go there.
We went to a different place today who gave a similar valuation as Parks so that’s showed us they were undervaluing at Motorpoint.

I did feel he didn’t really know what he was doing but really didn’t appreciate how we were treated and spoken to especially after being loyal customers for so long.

It was so easy to buy our car from start to finish second time we’ve used them great service
