Well done Motorpoint . This is the second car we've bought from them .The whole experience was perfect . The price for the car was very competitive and we were given a good part exchange deal with our 17 year old Hyundai i20. The actual handover was a bit long winded but a problem with taxing the new car was ironed out by the salesperson jumping in his car and driving to the post office to complete the task . We were allowed to test drive the car and this included a free lesson in how to operate an automatic car for both me and the wife.
I would certainly use Motorpoint again . Thanks to all at the Castleford branch for making the experience so easy.

Bought a car over 7 weeks ago & still…
Bought a car over 7 weeks ago & still no V5, I have rang several times & wrote an official complaint.
Still no reply to my emails still now v5 its now over 10 weeks! What a sham i was told this is the case for several people on the phone to motorpoint. They lied and told me the DVLA had a backlog but i rang DVLA and no V5 has been applied for. I will never use this sham of a company again.
