I was told that a chip on the windshield would be fixed before I collect the car a day before I collect I phoned and ask if it had been fixed and I was told it had
But when I arrived to collect the car it had not been fixed I pointed this out and was told they should not have told me they would fix it and it’s not something they would do they know on the day of collecting it’s to late for me to do anything do lie to your customers

Great selection of cars at great prices. Went to view one car and ended up buying a different one. No pushy sales just left to view cars and staff are on hand to answer any questions. Easy to part exchange your old car. New car was ready for collection the next day.

new used car
The guy who i first had contact with was great but when I went to collect the car a few days later he was on holiday and the guy I was dealing with seemed very distant and uninterested. Also the car wasn't as clean as it should have been, i noticed a parking machine ticket in between the hand brake and seat and it was still there after it had been "cleaned" and there was hardly any petrol in it. But so far I'm loving the car.

Kate was excellent throughout the whole process — very professional, helpful and informative.
After taking the vehicle home, I realised it didn’t have the front and rear parking sensors that had been advertised. I emailed Kate, and she immediately passed the issue on to the relevant people to get it rectified.
Although it was a little stressful, as the parking sensors were one of the specific things I had stipulated I wanted in the car, Kate handled everything professionally and made sure the issue was resolved. The parking sensors were subsequently fitted.
I couldn’t fault Kate at all. She was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend!
