From the first contact with Motorhome depot we were made to feel at ease, we received a call from Mike Smith who was very knowledgeable and friendly we arranged an appointment and Mike spent time gathering all the information and taking photos, Mike explained the process and advertising and filtering process, we agreed the price and, Mike arranged a viewing and sold our van with the first viewing. It was so reassuring to know that they ensured only serious potential buyers came, Mike led the viewing which was excellent. Mike sold the van then kept us informed on progress all the way through to the collection. Mike was on hand on collection ensuring both us and the buyer were fully briefed and documents, outstanding finance and tax / v5 were all completed. An excellent professional service from Both Mike and Motorhome depot. If you want to sell your van without all the hassle this is definitely the place to go.

We recently bought our camper van from Grant and Elizabet at Motorhome depot Ellesmere & Shrewsbury and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I have just had my first experience of dealing with Motorhome Depot by buying a van in Essex. After seeing the advert, i contacted the rep, Michael Register, who responded in minutes. Within 2 days I had additonal photos, videos, all queries answered and a viewing planned.

After agreeing to purchase, Michael kept me up to date with progress whilst finance was resolved and a date to collect was arranged.

Mike handled the buying process, paid off our finance and they deposited any other monies in our account. Mike arrived with the buyer led the handover.

10 out of 10 for service they do take a small fee but boy was it worth every penny well done to Mike Smith and Motorhome depot. Definitely recommend.
