What a refreshing way to buy our new motorhome, Mike Shuttleworth is well informed and knowledgeable on all then aspects of the purchase we were considering, there was no pressure to compete our viewing and was able to demonstrate how everything worked and what it was for, His service was second to none throughout and the motorhome was priced at realistically to sell it and was presented clean, tidy and ready to go, Mike picked me up from the train station and accommodated my schedule with no fuss, I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next motorhome through The Motorhome Depot base on my experience with Mike, and finally a big thank you to him.

Mark Allen of Motorhome Depot Bristol was so helpful, he lead us through every step of the process and explained everything to reassure us as we bought our first Motorhome. To be honest I had been dreading the payment part but through Mark and Motorhome Depot the process was safe and secure sitting down and checking the payments had passed through to the seller and getting the legal and insurance, Road tax sorted on the spot ready to drive home. I would 100% recommend Mark Allen and Motorhome Depot for a smooth and secure way to buy a Motorhome, also it helps that Mark is a very nice and trustworthy gentleman! We bought our motorhome through Motorhome Depot and dealt with Bernie and Ariana Gribben. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic.
There was no pressure and no hard sell, just genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful people. This is our forever motorhome, so it was a really important purchase for us, and they made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
Nothing was ever too much hassle, and Bernie was always just a phone call away whenever we had any questions, even after the sale.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Bernie and Ariana highly enough. They made buying our dream motorhome such a lovely experience.

Great communication with my local agent Paul, very helpful in prepping the vehicle for sale, sensible pricing advice, managed all communication with potential buyers and the vehicle sold much quicker than I expected. A good deal for me as I could continue working whilst Paul managed the sale, a good deal for the buyer and another sale for Motorhome Depot. The small fee for the sale is more than offset by the ease of the process which I could not have done whilst working.

We cannot praise Jack Holliday enough for the care, guidance and support with the sale of our motorhome. We were kept informed throughout the sale.

The fact that Mark took responsibility for the sales process which was problematic as the van had a turbo problem and a faulty roof light. Turbo resolved prior to sale completion. Yes I had issues emptying the van and finding storage but everything else was professionally undertaken by Mark
