Absolutely stunning canvas
I was a bit worried to order from Motivinci at the beginning, because their reviews weren't too positive. However, I've risked it and I am extremely happy. The lion king is STUNNING with impressive QUALITY. WOW !!!!
It is very easy to assemble it, all well explained on A4 leaflet. I am SO happy,the best birthday present ever 🎁 I am definitely highly recommending this company and I will buy another products for sure! Please don't follow negative reviews,they are irrelevant !

Stay away!
Was asked to pay more then the original quote for shipment for living "in a remote place" even though i live in a large capital in Europe. Asked for a refund and was told they managed to ship it anyways.
Received the wrong tracking to some random place in Canada, support had yet to locate my package even though the "team" is supposedly working on it.
As far as im concerned, i probably have been scammed and wont receive anything.
EDIT: At least i got my refund in the end.
However beaware that this is just a dropshipping company sending from Hong Kong so i still wouldnt expect much ordering from them.

Customer service is terrible And false advertising
Customer service is terrible. You changed your website after the fact I have photo proof. It did not say it came in for separate pieces.
They have lied since day one
First they told me that they don’t do canvas prints any more but it’s still advertising doing canvas prints. The size I ordered was not showing or ever stated it came in for separate pieces. I took photos of the website of the description before I made a complaint knowing that they would change their website as soon as I called them out on it and yes as soon as I called them the website changed.
They offered me a 15% discount and I can keep my item. I don’t want a 15% discount. I wanted what you advertised or a size that you don’t cut into four separate pieces.

A Company no to recommend!!
On the 17th of march 2024 I made two orders. One with one painting that arrived and another order of 10 paintings for a price of 1047.03€ . That has not arrived I have received a confirmation email with supposed tracking link but when you click on it it says the tracking number can’t be found. I have written them so far 5 emails. They have not yet answered one single mail. I have also send them from my company email a letter also no answer what so ever.
I can only suggest you stay far away from this company. Not serious and from what I can see from other reviews I am not the only one.

Ich bestellte am 12 .Mai ein Bild ,habe online bezahlt und auch eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten. Seit elf Tagen tut sich nichts und nachdem ich zwei mails abschickte um nachzufragen bekam ich bis jetz keine Antwort. Kommunikation = Zero
Geld bezahlt ,Ware bis jetzt nicht erhalten= Diebstahl?
Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!
UPDATE-----------
Nachdem ich diese Bewertung schrieb ,meldeten sich die Anbieter via email und das Bild kam in gutem Zustand nach ca 3 Wochen an.
Fazit trotzdem schlecht wenn man erst eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben muss famit etwas geht und ausserdem sehr lange Wartezeit. Werde in Zukunft andere Partner wählen und vorsichtiger sein.

After over a week of trying to locate…
After over a week of trying to locate my parcel it was finally delivered today . But of course the size of the canvas is smaller than I ordered. Item itself is good quality but the wrong size!!! I don’t have time and energy to chase it any more. I will never order from them again and would like to advise others to do the same!

Am 25.03. ein Bild bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Im Ordertracking steht, dass die Bestellung erhalten wurde und demnächst versendet werden soll. Ich habe nun 3 Mails geschrieben und noch keine Antwort erhalten. Wenn das Bild nicht bald ankommt werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen!
