It’s a scam. They are fraudulent. They take your money. Send out Nothing to what you ordered . I sent it back from Australia to the Netherlands as stated cost another $90 waited a month then it was received back. I have communicated every step of the way

They take your money but never deliver your product. They are impossible to get in contact with. I ordered a poster on the 12th of July and havent heard or seen anything from them since. I wrote them an email on the 14th og August, heard nothing. They replied on my previous Trust Pilot as if they have handled the problem, i have however not heard from them or received a product!

Canvas schilderij ontvangen wat compleet krom is. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Motivinci maar ze beloven eerst een nieuwe. 2 maand verder nog iets ontvangen. Daarna een ander type, nog steeds niets ontvangen. Dan beloven ze geld terug. Maar na maanden verder nog steeds geen oplossing. Echt waardeloos.

Ich hab vor 3 Wochen bestellt und auch E-Mail Austausch gehabt, das sogar letzte Woche mein Bild auf dem Weg sein sollte. Bisher immer noch nichts erhalten und langsam wird es nervig. Vorallemdingen stimmt die Trustpilot Bewertung nicht mit der von hier überein. Hier 2.8, da 4.8.

Scammed .. please stay away
Ordered an item in June to be shipped to Australia. Did not recieve the item and contacted the delivery partner who advised us that they only recieved the order number not the actual item. It's been showing up as fulfilled in motivinci website. Tried to contact them multiple times using the webform but no response as of now yet. Please stay away from this website

TERRIBLE AVOID. Advertised as one pic but came in 4…
Advertised as one pic but came in 4 pieces made out of cheap tin with magnets to hold it together that don’t work!! Also arrived extremely late and damaged. A replacement was suppose to be sent as a full proper picture but never came. Now taking action to recover money.

Love the picture, but it did come bent. Packaging & shipping can use some help to ensure product doesn't get bent along the way. We hung it anyway, with the battle wound on it. It does make us smile as it's a Lion King, Daddy Lion, and Baby Lion.
