Produkte erhalten, soweit so gut wenn nicht folgendes Problem wäre: Bei der Lieferung waren 2 von 3 Bildern leicht beschädigt. Habe ich reklamiert, schnell eine Auskunft bekommen doch dann wurde es witzig:
1. Mir wurde eine Lieferung nicht an meine normale Lieferadresse, sondern an eine Abholstation geliefert.
2. Dazu die große Überraschung: Die reklamierten Bilder wurden in der falschen Größe geliefert.
Seit nun mehr als einem Monat renne ich dem Vorgang hinterher, schreibe durchgehend Nachrichten/ Mails aber keiner meldet sich. Somit für mich ab einer Reklamation keine Kaufempfehlung.

I didn’t receive the item I ordered
I didn’t receive the item I ordered. Nobody’s answering for emails, WhatsApp or any other channels. They said I got the delivery.
They are lies! I didn’t get any response from them at all!!
And anybody can even check the UPS tracking number 1Z58F6210325378076
This show that UPS has returned it to them because delivery issues.

Das Bild ist beschädigt- Schlecht verpackt. Support reagiert nicht
Das Bild ist beschädigt angekommen! Es war nur in Luftpolsterfolie verpackt... Der Support reagiert darauf überhaupt nicht. Wir haben die Rechnung vor über einen Monat angefordert. Heute kam eine Mail OHNE Anhang! Ich bin gespannt, ob uns noch geantwortet wird.
Nachtrag: Die Rechnung haben wir mittlerweile erhalten. Uns wurde ein Ersatzprodukt versprochen, woraufhin der Support einfach nicht antwortet. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen nicht bei diesem Shop zu bestellen!!
Nachtrag 2: Letzte Woche kam nach fast 2 Monaten tatsächlich das Ersatzprodukt an. Diesmal besser verpackt. Eine Antwort des Supportes ist immer noch ausstehend. Wirklich schade, dass die Kommunikation über Trustpilot laufen muss, wir haben ein neues Bild, bestellen werden wir bei diesem Shop aber nicht mehr.
