I signed up for a Motion Array subscription as a first time user, hoping to explore their templates and assets to improve my video editing skills.

Within just a couple of hours, I realized that the files and workflows were far too advanced for my current level. I only downloaded a single item before I canceled the subscription, as it was clearly not the right fit for me.

I reached out to their support explaining the situation and asking for a refund or any exception based on goodwill, since I had barely used the service. The response was very slow and unhelpful. Every time I replied within a minute, it took them 20 minutes or more to get back, often ignoring what I had just said.

Their support showed no understanding or flexibility whatsoever. They simply quoted the terms and refused any refund, even though it was obvious I had only tested the platform briefly.

This was a very disappointing first experience with Motion Array. If you are new to video editing or unsure if this service suits your needs, be aware that they offer no understanding, no guidance, and absolutely no goodwill.

I would recommend being very cautious before subscribing, as you will not get any assistance or refund even if you realize immediately that the platform is not suitable.

We truly appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team has been so far. We're currently waiting for the resolution of our case, but we’re grateful for the clear communication and willingness to assist throughout the process.

I cancelled my account but they still billed me for an annual fee. I regret using their services because this has happened twice in a row. You can't even remove your card from their billing page. Hate this honestly.

As a designer, I have different personal, work, and school email addresses. I didn't remember which account had a subscription. Different reps helped me via email, but each of them were exceptional in helping me locate my account.

I accidentally subscribed to the annual plan instead of the monthly one, but when I contacted support, they issued a refund immediately. I really appreciate their quick and professional response.

Just a heads-up: it seems refunds may not be available if you’ve downloaded any content before requesting one, so be careful about that.

Nice and clean platform. Easy to navigate and lots of good assets. Would consider coming back if I need it again.

I had a question about working with an after effects template and when the first customer service rep wasn't able to answer it, they connected me with their colleague(s) who made and sent me a personalized video tutorial that walked me through the process. Thanks for your help!

Definitely the best assets supplier !
They answer really quick by mail if you have any question/trouble. And they make good discounts sometimes, some give away as well🥹 Hoping to be on the list for the actual give away🙏🏼
