Overpriced if you don't get the annual. I tried the base tier, and the downloaded videos had watermarks. If you don't want the watermark, then you have to upgrade to the higher-tier plan.

Also, they make it difficult to cancel your membership; it's easy to upgrade but hard to cancel.

Motion Array has been a valuable resource for our design team. From stock footage and motion graphics templates to plugins and other creative assets, it is often one of the first places we look when we need imagery or tools that fit the context of a project.

Recently, we needed help with our corporate account and subscription setup. The Motion Array support team was very responsive, communicated with us over the weekend, and made the necessary account changes quickly. I especially appreciated their help consolidating our subscriptions and getting us set up with Artlist Max Pro.

The one thing that would have made the customer experience even better would be the option to speak with support by phone or video call. For more complex account and billing questions, relying entirely on email can make the process take longer than necessary. Having the ability to talk through the options with someone directly would be a valuable addition to an otherwise very positive support experience.

I’ve been using Motion Array for my creative work and have been really impressed with the experience. The platform is easy to navigate, and the search and filtering tools make it simple to find exactly what I’m looking for without spending hours digging through an enormous library.

I especially appreciate the variety of graphic options available. There’s a great mix of styles and assets that can add that extra creative touch to a project without feeling repetitive or limiting.

And when I have needed help, their customer service has been fantastic. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about resolving the issue rather than just sending a generic response.

For a creative professional, having a reliable library of quality assets paired with a platform that’s easy to use and great customer support makes a huge difference. Motion Array has become a really valuable part of my creative workflow.

After my subscription process crashed, they weren't able to find any payments in their system even if it was taken from my bank account. They're just asking ne the same questions, if I'm using the same email.. so i will not be refunded or manually activated even with proofs of payment. I'm pretty sure that they're offering really good products but that's it..

perfect and serious service!

I subscribed to the monthly Everything plan because of a specific DaVinci Resolve template. The advertised monthly price initially highlighted the annual equivalent, while the actual month-to-month price was significantly higher. After subscribing, the template I purchased for imported with missing media and unresolved font issues despite installing the required font. The included documentation was generic Motion Array tutorial links rather than instructions for the template itself. For the price, I expected a smoother experience and more up-to-date, fully functional templates.

oh and unsubscribing wont work either. then you have to fill in a form, that also doesnt work, and finally they have vidceo tutorials where the videos are missing : how-to-use-photo-video-templates-for-davinci-resolve FOR INSTANCE... DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SCAM SERVICE.

Can't remove copyright strikes on music you download from them and it takes half a day to even hear back from customer support only to be told try doing what I have already done.

Ava was extremely helpful, kind, and solved my issue right away. The customer support at Motion Array is top-notch, and the assets are fantastic as always. Highly recommended!

I had a bit of trouble finding my way to contacting a live person, but when I did, it was among the best customer service I could get. The correct chatbox got me in touch with someone from Motion Array pretty quickly. It seemed to grasp that I needed to talk to a human (thanks!). After that, I was on my way. I had to show proof of payment and the email discussion was picked up right after I left it, when I had to leave for a job and come back. No worries that I would have to start all over! Once I was able to give them the correct information, they moved fast. I felt like someone cared! Then they resolved my problem the next day. Good job!

Do not use this service, our company was billed upfront twice of $300 and on top of that a monthly subscription for about 3 x videos totalling $1800. When I tried to notify support there is no human. There is only an AI chat bot and it refuses to help and send a "we are unable to refund you as you downloaded assets - terms here". I'm taking this further. AVOID.
