Motion Array Omdömen 

Been a subscriber for a couple of months, and twice my content has been blocked by YT and Spotify because copyright problems with Motion Array content (music). Because my content is long form and requires approval, this introduces about a day's extra work.

Stole 185 pounds from me. Subscribe for £12 a month = subscribe for £185 a year. 0 customer service.

Forced update and subsequent sign in error with correct credentials. Clearly someone messed up when pushing this update as an "Error retrieving motion array access token" displays when using google sign in, despite being successfully signed in to the browser website. Unreliable when you need it and do not recommend this service.

Had an excellent experience with Motion Array’s customer support team. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to providing great service.

Alex at Motion Array was empathetic and an outstanding communicator, very clear in his emails. The steps he recommended to fix my tech problem immediately solved it. First-rate customer service.

Your stock photos and graphics are weak to say the least. There is little to no useful images or video clips. Everything in your commercials, so many commercials, make it look like there may be something useful there. But it's just a hodgepodge of random garbage submitted by random people for a little scratch.

Motion Array is a straight-up scam disguised as a service. I told them multiple times to cancel my subscription — sent tickets, emails, everything. Their site is broken (the “Invoices” page doesn’t even load, the “Cancel” button is hidden like it’s the dark web), and support is a useless bot that just keeps creating tickets with ZERO human response.

Guess what? They kept charging me anyway. $36 down the drain even after I said I didn’t want a refund, didn’t want an extension, didn’t want a discount — JUST CANCEL. They ignored me until I had no choice but to CANCEL MY ENTIRE CARD just to stop them from bleeding me every month. Imagine how insane that is — I literally had to kill my own card to stop Motion Array from stealing my money.

This company is predatory. They make canceling impossible, they hide behind a bot wall, and they keep charging you no matter what you say. Save yourself the pain and stay far, FAR away.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Motion Array. They don’t care about their customers, they care about trapping you in a subscription and making it as painful as possible to leave.

Really Fast

I didn’t like that I couldn’t find the button to cancel my paid subscription — it took me 25–30 minutes. I had to search for information on the internet on how to do it, since I couldn’t find the cancellation button myself. This wasted my time. After canceling the subscription (which I canceled correctly), I was still charged. The cancellation button is hidden, and I believe this is not fair to your customers. Because of your methods of forcibly retaining users, I had a negative impression of your service. For this reason alone, I will not return to you again. All the best.

Support was helpful the entire way. It took several back and forths to find the problem, but we solved it!
