Me and Wife are first time buyer. We started searching home 4 months back we are unable to find a good deals. We are desperate to buy House as soon as possible.
Few weeks ago we found Mortgage Bureau. Mr Wes, provided an excellent support and helped us to find good deal. We are very impressed and astonished the way he works and cleared all our doubts. Very knowledgeable about products and different lender are really helpful to us. Mr Wes dedicated towards his work made us very happy . I would highly recommend Mortgage Bureau and especially Mr Wes to everyone without any hesitation. We are waiting now and fingers crossed on our mortgage application. As soon we receive good news . I will definitely post an another review shortly.

I genuinely rate this company very high! But this will be largely down to our Mortage Broker Poppy Beer. She is genuinely someone you would call the face of customer service. She was fantastic throughout. Explained every step nice and clear with us, we never felt rushed on the phone as if she had a time limit with each customer and had to follow scripts or get us off the phone. Any question wasn’t a stupid one and she kept us updated and informed. She wasn’t pushy and if she needed updates or anything from us, she was always polite and patient with us. I have to say, I’ve heard from friends and family about their experiences with mortgage brokers and it doesn’t always sound pleasant, so we really do feel lucky that we got Poppy as our adviser!

It’s the worst time ever to remortgage as rates are changing almost every day. Nicholas helped us with the process to secure best rates available. Having choice of multiple lenders gives opportunity to make conscious decisions.

Fantastic service. I would say above and beyond the call of duty. Helped us massively with our mortgage, when everything else was going wrong Rob Hill pulled out all the stops and made sure everything was in place. Relieved the stress and made sure we got the right mortgage to save us a lot of money over the term.
