Muy buena atención al cliente y una muy buena capacidad para solucionar problemas con la empresa de paquetería y nada, todo perfecto. Las prendas perfectas, y premiaron mi fidelidad como cliente con un regalito. Muy recomendable, de hecho es la única marca de zapatillas que uso desde que la conocí hace años.

Nineties 4ever
Tengo varias zapatillas Morrison modelo Nineties, que es mi favorito. Este año he cambiado a otros dos modelos y, sin que sirva de precedente, tuve algún problemilla de acabado en unas y, en otras, zapatillas con número de tallas distintas para cada pie. Sin embargo, el servicio de atención al cliente fue muy eficiente y amable en todo momento, solucionándolo muy rápidamente.

Dos pedidos seguidos y en ambos la empresa Nacex no va a casa a entregar el paquete , en el primero me llama una máquina para dejarlo en un punto de recogida si o si , y en el segundo ni llaman ni envían correo , dejan el paquete en su almacén y tengo que ser yo a los dos días quien pregunte por el . Un desastre . O cambian de empresa o no volveré a comprar .

The shoes are very heavy and not very summery, furthermore the laces are not inserted which makes it difficult to replicate how they should be according to the photos

Apparentemente fatte bene, però sono troppo morbide e si sformano con facilità, mi sono arrivate dopo 2 mesi perché hanno avuto dei problemi con la spedizione ma fortunatamente sono arrivate, dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo le ho lavate e hanno perso tutto il loro colore, il camoscio da Morrone chiaro é diventato grigio ciò che il vero camoscio non fa

Tried the Nineties and I am very happy.
When I placed my first order I noticed a delay in the delivery therefore the support was very responsive and they fixed the issue providing all the details.

Shoes fall apart
I bought two pairs of Zeta, because I liked them so much. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, the shoes have started to fall apart, and I have not even worn them every day. The soles of 1 pair are completely desintegrating. Very disappointing because they cost me a lot of money. Wouldnt buy here again until they improve the quality.

They are quick and responsive.
The shoe I’ve ordered wasn’t how it should be. Some stitch work wasn’t done properly and some glue of the sole that was on the cotton of the shoe.
As I am based in the UK i’ve asked them for a fair compensation as I didn’t want to ship it back and save a trip back to spain.
They gave me an absolute fair compensation that definitely give me good vibes!
Continue making these creative designs, I’ve received great responses from all people that see me wearing it.
I hope the feedback I gave on the shoe helped improving the production lines :).
