Their customer service is appalling. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to hear back about an exchange as the shoes didn’t fit properly. The shoes are nice, I can’t comment on the quality as for obvious reasons I haven’t worn them. But my god it’s impossible to get a response. I’m also convinced the number on their website in the US isn’t actually set up to receive calls as I’ve tried several times and get the same AI voicemail response.

The shirt received was a bit different from whaty I saw on the website, it looked darker on the image-printed part, not as white as the white color in the rest of the shirt.

However, they do have an excellence customer service with swiftly reply and follow-up even though I requested for a full refund, I do not need to return the shirt to its warehouse in Mainland China and can simply pass the shirt for my friend who loves it!

i got a good deal foor shoes with matching accessories. the delivery wasn't the quickest but it wasn't too slow either. the products are great and fit really well. the website was very easy to use and they provide constant updates on your order.

The size of the shoes is not correct, it absolutely doesn't fit the size advertised, wrote multiple emails for refund but nobody never answered, absolutely not recommended!

Cool and genuine brand. Shoes matched how they looked in the website exactly. And when there was a delay in receiving one item i was sent another one (an extra one) by mistake and when i wanted to return it they told me to keep it. High ethics. thumbs up!

The order took a month to arrive. I thought I had been scammed and was considering contacting my credit card company however they did turn up eventually and they were lovely... worth the wait x

Beware! I purchased a bomber jacket for $160. The quality and fit was very poor, with thin material and an extremely long torso that's supposed to be "unisex" but not shaped for a woman's figure. I tried to return it but was told it was made "on demand" and not eligible for return. This was NOT mentioned on the product page or home page. You have to go to the refund page, open the link and find out which products are not refundable. Shop elsewhere!

Loving this company so far. I've ordered the creation of adam shoes (my favorite art piece), aswell as black Nihonga inspired Silk Sneakers with a creation of adam watch. The nigonga shoes came with a spare pair of laces - silk to match the shoes which I adore. The quality of both are amazing. The watch is a bit loose but i just poked some extra holes in it haha. BEAUTIFUL packaging aswell, I keep the box for the creation of adam shoes on my shelf! I've gotten many compliments on the shoes especially at school. For my girlfriend I also bought Starry Night short fairy dress aswell as the Van Gogh sunflowers inspired corset. Both amazing quality and she fell in love the moment she saw them. The reason for the 4 stars is that even with express shipping it takes about 2 weeks to get from me, but its fine since rhey ship to China, and shipping isnt horrible. they have active tracking (i reccomend using SHOP as its less confusing than the tracking site) and for 2 purchases they even got here early which I love. Will definitely continue to buy!
