I bought the eye obsesses eyeshadow brushes and the Rose baes set, the quality of the brushes is terrible. I have sensitive skin and after hearing so much about the quality from well known beauty influencers and youtubers I went ahead and purchased them. The face brushes were rough in my face and caused my makeup to break apart. Definitely not work the money.

Ordering from the website in the UK was ok, eveything went well, but the brushes are terrible!
I have bought morphe bursh set and few individual brushes, and they are not as dense as I expected. It's been 1,5 year and my large powder brush broke in half.
The tapered highlighter brush is ok, but that's about it.

Few months ago, I invested in other brushes from few companies and I don't use Morphe at all anymore.

Ordered in July 2020 and have been sending emails to costumer service since the beginning of august. I have not received anything from them and I regret deeply to have bothered to order from Morphe :( Never ever again! Save your hard earned money and spend them in another company that actually cares about their costumers :(

I have ordered on February and i haven't received anything so i tried to comtact morphe on email after 3 months they have responded and told me in the first if i want Them to resend my order or i want to be refunded i asked for refund and they told me that it has been initiated and i shoul wait 2 to 5 business days and after 2 weeks i didn't received any amount so i contacted the again and the said that Return policy does state that all missing or damaged items, must be reported within 30 days of delivery or receipt of the order how dare you lie to my face and told me that a refund was initiated and then tell me this dumb story While i tried to reach yoi before the time frame ends !!! A real disappointment
​However they offered me a Gift Card for the value of my refund and since they gave it i've trying to use it and the website doesn't work .

I prodotti sono molto belli......ma il sito sia UK che EU è pessimo (termine molto blando per descrivere la mia esperienza) per quanto riguarda le spedizioni....che non arrivano....MAI!!!!!!!

Awful quality. A JH brush I rarely use randomly cracked down the handle from bristles to end in multiples places. I emailed Morphe and turns out they only have a 30 day warranty and 'unfortunately cant help'. Stay clear. Purchased at from Morphe Australia

I find some of the new products are way too expensive for what they are. They did Icy Fantasy pallette and, even though it was so popular it was sold out in minutes, they said they aren't restocking?! Why would you not restock something that people obviously love?? There isn't as much range on the UK site as there is on the American site either, which I find annoying as they're the same company!!

Bought a set of morphe brushes about 2 months ago, I barely wear makeup so I have used them on the odd occasion. I have come to wash them after a few uses, and the bristles are stiff and have fanned out. I emailed morphe to make them aware and their response was, you're over the 60 day period so we can't do anything about it!! I'm sorry?? One wash and the state of my brushes are horrendous. Complete waste of money. Don't buy

This company is theeeee worst. Ordered a Cremated Pallet 7/31/20. Called them 8/11/20 to let them know i had not received my pallette. It was 49.99 w/ shipping. I was advised to wait 3 more days which I did then was told the pallette was out of stock. I admit I was aggressive because they knew 3 days prior to set this aside or what ever to make sure my order was fulfilled. After that they agreed to send back my money. 1at they sent back 43.47 they in a separate refund they sent back 6.52 equaling 49.00. I wasted 2 weeks chasing this pallette just to get screwed by this company. They have 1 Cognie Lady answering the phone and was told that I could not speak to a supervisor. They were unavailable. She answered all calls made to this company. Don't buy from them. They will delete this. I will continue to give them bad reviews until people see them 4 who they really are. #ALLTHESMOKE

Wish I could take back the star but any how I have been emailing and no answer. They are quick to take your money but not quick to send you items or even send all you items you paid for. This was my first and last time I order from this company. Horrible!

Bought From Morphe Uk's own site, so I would get the original eye brushes and not fake ones. Ordered 2 sets of "Eye got eyes for you" as the reviews on Morphe's site were good. The brushes were cheap, and I can tell you THEY WERE OF CHEAP QUALITY as well. As I had opened one of the boxes decided to return the other and asked for a refund. That was 4 weeks ago and 3 emails later.

Like I have read other reviews on Trustpilot, this company will not reply to emails and has not refunded my money. The brushes are worse than the "free" ones you get with eyeshadows!

Please don't waste your money. In future, before I buy anything I will check on this site first and not on the companies site, because the reviews can be fake.

Bad customer service! I have been waiting weeks for my delivery. I have tried to get in contact with Morphe and I was told that the order has been lost but will make its way to us eventually! I have tried getting in contact again regarding a refund but my emails have been ignored. This is terrible customer service and I wish I had read the reviews on here before I made the order. I would not recommend.

So I made two large refunds. No confirmation they had received my refunds, no confirmation they were even processing it or that they they would be in touch. 2 months went by and I waited for a £1600 refund. When I called a month later they told me that I needed to bare with them and that they hadn’t processed my parcel. They then said they would ‘call’ the warehouse. The lady told me that the warehouse had it but hadn’t processed it. 2 weeks later they processed one of the refunds. I then called up again and they told me they hadn’t received the second box (so I asked her to call the warehouse) and she replied with ‘it’s not physically possible to call the warehouse’. Well someone was clearly lying. A week later it got processed by several pallettes were not refunded. I have no idea how they missed 14 palletes that I sent them but they did. I was told to send another email explaining the problem. The service was disgusting. No apology. Ever. No organisation and no awareness of what was going on. Morphe can’t handle refunds. Why sell palletes when you can’t process returns. If I hadn’t called I don’t think I would have ever got a refund. They have no shame about it either. I was told that I shouldn’t have ordered so much. I will never buy from morphe again. Really disappointing and stressful .

Ho ordinato un pacco il 30 giugno e oggi 25 luglio sto ancora aspettando notizie. Tracciando il pacco mi viene fuori che è in transito da loro dal 2 luglio, ma io non ho notizie nonostante abbia scritto al servizio clienti e dove mi è stato detto che avrei avuto risposta dopo 24/48. Io sono sconvolta non ho mai avuto a che fare con una compagnia così pessima.

Pessimi. Ordine effettuato il 13 luglio, mi servivano dei prodotti per il 26 e mi sono fidata dei loro 3/5 gg lavorativi che in realtà sono indefinibili perché non si sa nulla del pacco e non rispondono alle email. Chiedo il rimborso e a mai più. Addio morphe

Fantatastico! Ho ordinato con un po’ di paura date le brutte recensioni ma mi è arrivato il pacco dopo 10 giorni esatti. Essendo che spediscono dall’estero ci può stare. Fantastico

I placed an order at the beginning of May. Never received it. I sent several emails, no replies. After being on hold on the phone for 2 hours, they deemed my package "lost" so they sent me another one. After another month and a half, STILL no package. I just got off the phone with them and its somehow "lost" again.
Why launch a collection every other week if you can't even keep up with your orders?

Placed my order on the 6th of APRIL, it was dispatched on the 13th, and has been with Hermes since the 14th, I have received this order, and it was almost £80. Hermes refuse to take responsibility and insist I must deal with the retailer. I have sent 5 emails with no reply. Due to the nature of my job, I do not have time to sit on hold with the contact number. I’m disgusted with their service. I work in financial difficulties during a global pandemic and economic crash, I GET being busy but come on! This is a joke and I won’t be using Morphe again.
