Terrible customer service, they never respond. Has a palette arrive and the shadows were in smashed. Emailed repeated with no response, made a PayPal claim and they didn't even respond to my claim properly. Escalated and got my money back but was such a hassle, would buy from again

Awful customer service, sent back 6 weeks ago, as brushes were cheap and rubbish. Still no refund!

Worst customer service ever!
i placed an order over a month ago, never received it. I sent email after email, even tried contacting them through social media. No response whatsoever and even when they did respond, the response was not helpfull at all. I was promised a refund if my package did not arrive before a certain date, but even for the refund I am sending tons of emails with no response. I think I will have to come to terms with the fact that I lost around 40 euros and just never buy from this company again. For a brand that works with the biggest influencers out there and that claims to be of high quality, I was expecting a whole lot more.

I ordered the Jaclyn Hill Palette Volume II and a brush, my package arrived in great condition and the palette wasn't damaged at all! I love this palette! Shipping was quick as well! Will definitely continue to buy products from their site!

1 star to many. Placed an order, received items I never ordered and never received the items I did ordered. Absolutely no response from Morphe.
No customer service. My best advice, never order from this company. Absolutely horrible.

Only posted half my order. No response to my email to follow up. I’m going to have to lodge a payment dispute. Will not order again. Wish I’d checked these reviews before placing an online order. I had no idea they had such a bad reputation. I’ll be letting people know about my experience so others don’t go through the same thing.

Non so cosa dirvi, o sono stata fortunata oppure, viste le giuste lamentele, hanno accelerato il processo di consegna: ho ordinato la mia palette il 29 giugno, spedita il 30 giugno, mi davano come data di consegna il 6 luglio ma così non è stato perché mi è arrivata il 9 luglio. Tutto perfetto e imballato. Velocissimo!

Faulty product received and now impossible to get hold of anyone! Customer service is none existent! Trading Standards must get involved, I can’t believe this company is still operating, it’s quite frankly fraudulent.

Didn’t even get back to me after I sent several emails complaining about my palette! My palette arrived with dents and scratches, I emailed them, I’d say over a month ago, they did get back to me not to talk about the scratches, emailed me back to talk about delivery which I didn’t even ask.

Don’t even deserve one star, I returned some products on the 15th May, I have emailed them countless times with proof of postage etc and still have received no reply or refund, love their stuff but shall not be in a hurry to purchase more, their customer service is shocking!

I ordered on the 12th of april and i still havent recieved my parcel. I emailed them numerosi Times and all they said was due to covid will be' a delay and to wait 20 days its almost been 3months and tracking with hermes has just dropped moving. No reply from them will NEVER be' ordering from them again i hope i just get a refund as im tired of waiting.

False advertising on FB. Ridiculously discounted prices that link to the official website where said prices are NONEXISTENT. Contacted Morphe, they ignored me the first time. Replied the second time ADMITTING and asking me if the issue persists as if they cant log from their mums phone and check for themselves. it’s been ONE WEEK since then and the fake prices are still there. Just read their FB reviews if you still think this might not happen to you.
Will i spend my hard earned money on these scammers? Absofuckinglutely NOT

Dont buy there!!!! I ordered a brush set 2 months ago. The Money went off my bank account and morphe didnt send me a tracking number.

After over two months waiting, im still without the brush set.

I wrote many mails to the customer Service and called them But still no reply.

I have been waiting since 11 June 2020 for someone to come back to me as my brush order arrived opened with nothing inside. Despite chasing a number of times no Response has been forthcoming which is extremely poor. I have now been charged for a brush set i have not received and i am disappointed that this Company does not value my custom so will be issuing a formal complaint to endure my monies are returned

I ordered the James brush set for $150, when it arrived I was horrified at how bad the quality is ! Hairs are falling out, random hairs are just sticking to the top of the brush I don’t even know why. I emailed the morphe team about my issue during the COVID and they haven’t gotten back to me for a month. I emailed them again because I was worried I won’t be able to return as the return policy is within 60 days. STILL no reply ! I thought well because it’s during the COVID I was patient enough to wait for another month and a half to email them again then they finally answered and said to me that they cannot do anything about it because it’s past 60 days, I told them that I was waiting to them to reply to me for MONTHS. And guess what THEY IGNORED ME IM AM DISGUSTED

Generally my experiences with morphe have been okay. On one occasion however, my order arrived and one palette was missing. I ordered this palette in 2 quantities and 1 was not there. The package didn’t seem as though it was damaged or had been opened. I emailed them 3 times within 2 weeks or so and still NO REPLY. I have even spammed their social media and read their comments, and other people are also going through the same kind of issues. I tried to ring them too but the number was not going through (I’m from the uk). I’m so disappointed in Morphe. I paid via my bank so I can’t get my money back and I’m not prepared to ship it back to the US out of my own pocket when they made the mistake. I would recommend that if you buy from Morphe, you pay via PayPal in case something goes wrong you can try to claim your money back.

On May 17th I ordered some stuff for my girlfriends birthday (I didn’t get the package in time for her to get it), it is now June 26th and the only thing that I have received is a mail saying i Can track my package. When i track the package the tracker says that the package has just shipped, but nothing more is happening and, if a package has shipped, as they say it has, I know that it does not take 40 days to get to me. I have sent Morphe 3 e-mails regarding the issue and they are just straight up ignoring me now. I don’t know how to proceed with this, because all my efforts are pointless since they are ignoring me. If I could rate 0.1 star, I’d do it. I would not recommend buying from Morphe.

Acquisto online da anni e non mi è MAI capitata un'esperienza così negativa! Sono pessimi! Ho fatto un'ordine il 22 maggio, e ad oggi (26 giugno) non ho ricevuto niente! Si sono presi i miei soldi e non ho nulla in mano, non rispondono alle mail, il pacchetto sembra sparito nel nulla...questa si chiama truffa! Ho provato a contattare il corriere senza risolvere...si affidano a Hermes che è il peggiore sulla faccia della terra! Per lavoro mi occupo di logistica e vi assicuro che non ho mai visto un disservizio del genere! Mi spiace perchè sono amante del makeup ed ho già altri prodotti Morphe (acquistati su altri siti) ma dopo questa con me hanno chiuso. Non acquisterò mai più niente di questo marchio perchè mi sento presa in giro! Se proprio volete acquistare, trovate alcuni dei loro prodotti su altri shop online.
