Placed an order on the 27 Nov. Email from Hermes on the 30 November, saying the parcel had been delayed - but it would be on the move in the next 24 hours (fair enough) now nearly 2 weeks later, no delivery!! Contacted Morphe, no response!! This is a Christmas present and not a small order so not happy at all - EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - all I want is an update!! Will not be ordering again. :-(

Wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order. Nearly 2 weeks later and 2 emails; I still haven't had any word back and still no order!!!!!!

I placed an order on Nov. 20 and it was sent through Hermes on Nov. 24. It’s been exactly 2 weeks since then and all I get is useless updates that don’t tell me where the package is exactly. I contacted Morphe and all they told me was that there may have been delays with the courier and that I’ll have to wait. Excuse me? I’ve had orders shipping from the US come in shorter times than this! I know it doesn’t totally depend on Morphe, but you would think that if there’s a problem with an order they’d get in contact with Hermes to sort it out since it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the latter but no. I’ll totally steer clear from ordering again.

EDIT: I just got my package this morning. Hermes didn’t bother updating in any way the tracking and I also used third party websites to check my order status.
I initially put 1 star, I’ve now raised it to three.
My item was well wrapped so it came without any damages. I have yet to try my palette though.
PLEASE Morphe use another company for international shippings.

ASSURDO! Ordine effettuato e pagato il 17 Novembre e oggi 07 Dicembre non ancora ricevuto!! Corriere HERMES/HR PARCEL inesistente continuano a scrivere che hanno tentanto la consegna ed invece non è così!! In più dopo 10 giorni ti mettono il pacco in giacenza e ogni volta ti tocca sbloccarlo e richiedere nuovamente la consegna (che manco fanno!!) così ogni giorno che mettono "mancata consegna" il giorno dopo il pacco giace in magazzino finchè non chiamo.. e la consegna la mettono per il giorno ancora successivo!! Considerando che domani è festa... la vedo un'odissea ricevere sto benedetto pacco!! senza contare i 90 euro spesi!!

Ordered 17 days ago! The tracking said it would take 48 hours to ship. Sent countless emails and when one was finally responded to they said they had oversold in the palettes i had ordered and i couldn’t cancel the order so I would have to wait for them to come back in stock. Shocking customer service. I want my money back!

Placed my order on 21/11/2020. No emails have been replied too, no tweets and now not even phone calls.... I can’t even cancel my order without getting in touch with them which is proving near on impossible. Will NEVER spend any money with this company again.

Awful customer service.
I waited 3 weeks for my item after stating it had been shipped. I sent multiple emails which were all ignored. Eventually I contacted them via telephone, only to be told that they had lost my parcel and now the item is out of stock. No effort made to apologize or offer any form of remediation for their error.

Not even one star this company deserves ! Placed an order weeks ago and now some of my items are out of stock !! No refund at present and no other items have been delivered !! Poor customer service and communication ! Never again ! I’ll stick to boots and ASOS thanks !

I placed a $167 order on 21 November 2020 and 8 days laters I haven’t received any tracking info... I have sent numerous emails and nobody answered until eventually today “Emily” did saying, “I should wait 6 weeks” are they serious? Its 2020 how tf can two brush sets take 6 weeks to reach the UK? I paid for shipping so surely DHL 2-3 day service is a better option???? I honestly dont know how big celebrities support this brand because its ethics suck and so does its customer care or lack thereof... never again

I have ordered from morphe many times before but have never been troubled by an order this much. I placed an order and the next day I had received a shipping link. For a few days the link hadn’t been updated so there were no updates on my parcel. I called morphe and they told me to simply wait. There were still no updates. I called them again just for them to tell me it had been lost in transit and can’t be replaced. Morphes customer service is just the worst. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere

Pacco arrivato senza un prodotto.
Ho provato a contattarli ovunque, ma non rispondono. Molto delusa dal loro comportamento, non mi era mai capitato con loro.

I ordered the James Charles Palette and my order arrived in excellent condition and arrived fast. So in love with this palette with all the vibrant colours. Would definitely recommend this website and product.

Made an order on October 11. According to Morphe, it was shipped on October 13. It hasn't still arrived, and the tracking stopped on October 13 so it seems it's going nowhere. Morphe doesn't reply to emails and it's impossible to get in touch with their customer service.

I guess I'll never receive my order. And will never order anything from Morphe again.

I ordered a pallet but i still haven't received it. the package was shipped on October 10th. My order is EU577492 .Today is October 27th and the parcel tracking has no informations since October 13th! I haven't heard from the package since. customer service is not helping me! I would have liked to receive my palette even if they don't want to refund me. What a nightmare! I won't order anymore. I should have pay attention to the comments before trying a new order.

I won't be ordering from them again no updates its been two weeks all set with morphe there not that great anyways

I have always loved morphe it’s such good value for the quality of product I bought the set of brushes that came with the m439 a beauty blender and m173 and they’re a game changer I also have the jeffree star brushes and the m510 and just adore these brushes. I have the 35O3 which is amazing for autumn and all year round . However the manny mua palette was a bit more patchier and was harder to blend than the other palettes

Dopo aver fatto l'ordine ho letto un paio di recensioni sui siti internet e a dire la verità mi ero abbastanza preoccupata,perché tutti lamentavano il fatto che il servizio di spedizioni fosse lentissimo, addirittura alcuni dicevano di aver ricevuto l'ordine dopo 3-4 mesi. Il mio ordine è arrivato dopo solo 10 giorni e non me l'aspettavo, posso dire che la qualità dei prodotti è eccezionale se parliamo delle palette. Ho acquistato una palette ed è veramente di buona qualità mentre ho acquistato anche un tris di rossetti con rossetto Gloss matita e questi mi sono piaciuti un po' meno forse perché sia a livello di colorazione non è perfetta per il mio incarnato sia perché la consistenza non l'ho troppo amata però consiglio tantissimo per l'acquisto di palette Anzi sono sicura di acquistarne altre in futuro.

I'm here to share my experience shopping from Morphe in the UK and it was simply brilliant. Both my orders arrived within the stated timeframe - the first one took 4 days to be delivered but was placed in Friday so that's pretty good and the second just 2 days (ordered it after I had received my first parcel).

Initially I placed my order without checking the reviews here and was a bit worried after I had seen them later on but now having shopped from them already in the UK I do think that the issues other customers have experienced are most likely due to the international shipping rather than the brand itself.

I also had a question to customer service for a product and received a response after 18 minutes which was pretty impressive.

Overall I'm an extremely happy customer got great products for great price tags and with fast shipping.

Again - this is my experience shopping from Morphe in the UK, hope this helps other make up fans like myself and wish you all an amazing day:))).
