The first experience and the last one for sure
I was about to purchase the james charles morphe palette with my first order code which gives 20% off. When I click payment, I chose Klarna and for some reason it didn't let me to pay and it kept telling me to pay my outstanding payments on Klarna first. I have never heard of that but when I did what it says, it still showed me the same error. Right after that I tried to gice the order again and then my code DID NOT WORK. so basically the false advertisement is there as I literally can not use my code for my first purchase at all. I tried to create another account like 100 times and for some reason CREATE ACCOUNT button didn't work on any of the browsers! My first experience with Morphe probably will be my last.
No refund after they cancelled order
Made an order December for a set of brushes they cancelled it a few days before Christmas still not had a refund I wrote 5 times I’ve now contacted PayPal who are investigating morphe for me I will let you know the outcome .

3 weeks, still no package
I made an order on Nov. 26th. Apparently it reached Hermes on Dec. 7th, but still no updates... It's Dec.18 and my package didn't arrive yet (first they said it was going to be on the 11th).
I sent 3 emails, only got automated replies. No one tells me where my package is and when it will finally arrive.
Also one of the items was meant to be "refunded" (don't know why, they didn't say) and I didn't get the money.
Very, very bad experience.
Ordered over a month ago
Ordered over a month ago. Emailed customer service several times with an automatic response about waiting til the end of the week for a "real" response on date of shipping. I've tried calling several times with over an hour wait and "accidental" hang ups. This is a gift for my niece for which I see now won't be receiving in time for Christmas.

Please be warned! Ordered a month ago, trough delays it could take a bit longer to receive the package. But now a month later it’s not even shipped yet! Tried all social media, email addresses and even tried calling the store but no way of getting in touch with them. Others have advised me to call the UK number but as the keep you on hold quite long before answering that will cost me a fortune from abroad. Hope that at some point they will ship it or refund me 🙏. And a little bonus, they tell you to contact the shipping company. But the shipping company tells you as it's an international package you need to contact the retailer 😭
Disrespectful Customer Service
I'm currenting waiting on hold (for the third day in a row) just to speak to a customer representative. Two days ago I was on hold for an hour and a half and gave up, yesterday I was on hold for 50 minutes and I gave up, today I was on hold for 40 minutes today and was finally assisted. I was greeted and was asked for my order number which I had to pull back up because I did not have it open anymore (my mistake) she was seemingly irritated by the wait of me looking for my order number and started to become every short in her responses. I asked her another question about the shipping dates of my orders because of my orders being split into two shipments and she hung up on me mid-sentence and I have now been on hold for another 30 minutes so I can get someone to connect me to corporate about this experience. She did not provide me with a name at the beginning of our interaction (because I always write them down just for future reference). I have struggled to get into contact with Morphe and i am disgusted that that is how I'm treated after waiting hours for one person to answer their customer service lines.
(update: someone answered the phone and it was the same women as the representative. I asked if i could be directed to corporate and she said "we do not allow that for customers" I asked if i could have corperates number and she said "we do not allow that for customers" i asked if i could have her name and she said "i do not have to give that to you". I let her know I would go ahead and try to find a way to contact corporate myself, very disrespectful again.)
This type of disrespect is what happens every single time i order from Morphe and I always end up regretting it.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Morphe. My order was shipped and received in 2 days (England). I was anxious after I saw some people had been waiting and I emailed customer services. They were very responsive, reassuring and helpful. Will continue to use this company. Really happy

I ordered and within 3 days I had all my orders. The pallets look amazing the pigments stay well. I normally buy from boots or superdrug so this is a step up. Thank you morphe I will order again.

I placed an order directly from their website for 4 items. Dare to Create artistry palette, All Eye Want brush set, Gleamcatcher illuminator - First Light, and Glassified Lip Oil-Flutter. Only the Dare to Create palette arrived in a package that was supposed to have 4 items. They do not answer the phone. I have called for days and just sit on hold. I have sent many emails. Nothing is getting resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM MORPHE! I wish I would have read these reviews sooner.

I placed an order 27th Nov, emailed morphe 7th dec and they replied back saying my order will ship before 12 Dec,, still nothing and I've just came off phone to cust service who state warehouse says orders should be sent out on Friday the 18th, it's looking like they have ruined my daughters Xmas,, I will never use morphe again. Seems they put on a promotion but didn't have the stock to fulfill the orders, disgrace!!!!

I ordered three James Charles palette for me 2 friend because it was their birthday gift but I never got a shipping information or a tracking number I contacted morphe Europe about four times I was so desperate I went to the UK side and even messaged them I still haven't gotten a respond and I'm afraid I won't get my item or the money back now don't order from them it sucks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered two sets of brushes, packing list had two but only one was in the box. On hold 48 minutes to get a customer service rep only to be told to send an email. I’ve sent 4 emails over 4 days and have not received a response. Super disappointed. Definitely not the way to treat customers if you want repeat business!

Ordered five times this year, website is easy to use, they often have sales going on and all my orders shipped to me in under two weeks. Wish there was a rewards program like Sephora has as im a big fan of the products.

Horrible, compré con envio internacional hasta Chile 2 pedidos con 2 días de diferencia entre uno y otro. El primero llegó a mi pais y se encuentra en proceso de internación, mientras que el segundo ya fue enviado y recibido por alguien en Canada. Creo que he enviado cerca de 10 email pidiendo alguna respuesta y no me han dicho absolutamente nada, solo se responde automaticamente enviando el tracking del pedido que sigue diciendo que fue recepcionado en Canada. Llevo casi dos semanas pidiendo explicaciones o soluciones y no responde absolutamente nadie!!! Me rehuso aperder mis cerca de 158 USD!!
