If there was an option for zero stars that’s how I would rate this company and their customer service. I tried to enter a discount code and free shipping to my order, without hesitation the site took my card information and charged me the full amount and confirmed a purchase. I reached out within seconds, literally SECONDS to tell them I do not want the order and they were absolutely RUDE. They advised me to refuse the package- as well all know they do not require a signature! Therefore I have over paid for overpriced rubbish that I do not want.

Thanks for stealing my money!

I would give zero stars if I can. This brand supports the same people that are causing some of the major issues in our world. They care more about money than the problematic people they support. The same people they support are pedophiles, perverts, careless about others lives (as they were partying during a pandemic).

There biggest sponsee is James Charles who has admitted to grooming over 6 underage children yet they refuse to hold him accountable because he was their cash cow. They refuse to speak on the matter and their choice of silence with the combo of still promoting their products are telling on their character. They only believe in money over minor safety I will never buy from them ever again after this.

They choose to support the self proclaimed child predator James Charles. James has admitted to sending nude photographs to children under the age of consent (under 18) and morphe decides to stand by this man. Absolutely disgusting

I went to the Dallas Galleria Mall Morphe store and was assisted by a person named Grayson. I told Grayson what I wanted and was color matched quickly and accurately. Grayson is very knowledgeable and most importantly, professional and personable! My Morphe in store shopping experience was so good and memorable that I felt compelled to leave this review.

Un'azienda molto seria, con una vasta gamma di prodotti tra cui scegliere e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Non capisco perché molte persone si ostinino a comprare dal sito originale, andando incontro a problemi inutili dato che Morphe rivende in tantissimi altri siti italiani oppure europei.

We got the brush set by James Charles one of the duo eye shadow brush end fell out. only 30 days warranty beware when buying these this is the last time I buy these.
Contacted morphe cannot replace only 30 days warranty not made to last given for Christmas present not long lasting dont waste your money on the brushes.

If i could give one stars I would been waiting for a week for just few items called up twice same excuse about covid but its my birthday this week was expecting to come before like the other companies who've kindly delivered on time regardless of the covid situation they didn't make any excuses like Morphe did feel gutted to order from them wish i read the reviews before orderring was just tempted by influencers who target gullible people like me into buying products that u have to wait a fortune for never again il order and they've already taken payment so quick very nice takes ages to deliver but they're able to tke money in seconds.

I really wish I’d found this site earlier. So I ordered from Morphe around NYE and was hoping to get it in about 2-3 weeks, since I’ve already ordered from there back in April 2020 and everything was fine. Around early January of this year I got an email that my package was sent with UPS and as many of you I was waiting as usual for it to arrive. Then, after 2 weeks my info about the package was stuck on transit for about 5 days and then suddenly my updates came to a halt. I contacted Morphe’s customer service about what is happening, because I know that with UPS packages are easily lost, and they sent a new tracking site, where the delivery was actually by Hermes. Then came another 2 weeks and the information about my package has been stuck.
I wrote a couple of angry and also some more formal emails to Morphe’s customer service in hope that they’ll answer, but honestly, at this point I just want to either get my package or a refund!

Really bad! I was really looking forward to try their products and the whole experience was really disappointing from the start! I understand COVID and perhaps brexit but overall the approach from customer service made even worst. On the website it was mentioned deliveries to Germany will take 7-10 days, but a month later I had to struggle to cancel and get a refund! ⚠️ Also be Careful with buying if you choose Klarna invoice!!!!(You won’t get the order before 14days). Order from Morphe only if you don’t mind waiting for more than a month (EU orders at least) and if you don’t mind waiting long for the items to arrive.
PS. Around the same time I ordered stuff from Aliexpress China (normal china post) and they arrived within 2 and half weeks. This is incredible!

Ho fatto un ordine il primo di gennaio, approfittando dei saldi del sito. Una settimana dopo circa ho ricevuto via mail il tracking del pacco, ma continuava a ritardare la data di consegna (dacché diceva 'in consegna domani' passava a 'errore di magazzino' o 'indirizzo sbagliato'). Ho contattato più volte l'assistenza clienti Morphe, e ogni volta mi hanno risposto di stare tranquilla perché il pacco era per strada, ma ci avrebbe messo un po' ad arrivare (sul sito garantisconoa consegna entro una settimana, ma vabbè posso anche capire che il periodo non sia dei migliori). Ieri, dopo 27 giorni da quando ho fatto l'ordine, il tracking mi segna il pacco consegnato, con sotto però ulteriori aggiornamenti che dicono che il pacco è ancora in viaggio. Siccome questo corriere (Hermes) non esiste in Italia, e il sito inglese è fatto col c*lo, deciso di contattare Morphe per farmi mettere in contatto con Hermes. Ebbene, dopo 27 giorni quelli di Morphe si rendono conto che in realtà quel tracking non è del mio pacco, ma di quello di un altro cliente, e il mio ordine non è mai partito dal magazzino loro. Mi chiedono se voglio il rimborso o se voglio che il pacco venga VERAMENTE spedito, e io ovviamente chiedo la spedizione. Qualche ora dopo ricevo un'altra mail da loro, dove mi comunicano che non possono spedirmi il pacco perché il prodotto in questione è sold out e non sanno se faranno restock o no. Morale: dopo un mese ho ricevuto solo un misero rimborso (staremo a vedere se mi arriverà questo rimborso), nonostante io abbia fatto presente più volte che ci fossero dei problemi

Hello to everyone reading this.
Since all the make-up gurus and junkies have been advertising how of absolute great products Morphe has, maybe they should include to their words the terrible delays and bad customer service before you experience hell yourself. It was my first ever time, and trust me the last one, ordering from Morphe a set of brushes, mascara and cleaning brush tool. The reviews on the products weren't really reviews, most of the was ' I bought this for my niece birthday' or ' I needed a new set of brushes'. But today, I would not be reviewing the products but the service itself. To start with, it is kind of ridiculous to pay for 15 euros for shipment just for the order to arrive a month later. Yes you read correctly, A MONTH. I completed my order on the 5th of December, after my ordered was confirmed, I got a notification on the 8th of December, that my order had been shipped. So far everything was good, nothing suspicious or anything to be worrying about. Of course I had my tracking number and everyday, as I am impatient, I was checking my order. On the 10th of December the updates on my order had stopped and it just said that it was in transit. There were absolute NO updates, neither from Morphe or the shipping company, which was Bpost, until the 13th of JANUARY! Yes, January! After I got suspicious that I would have to pay for customs as well, cause I ordered mine from Morphe Uk, and as we all know with Brexit happened on the 1st of January, I was concerned if they have caused this delayed in order for me to pay for customs as well. When my order was delivered to me, finally, on the 22nd of January, I thank goodness didn't have to pay for anything extra. I know with everything going on with the pandemic and covid-19 things would have taken a bit of delay, as that is the reason I didn't get in touch with them immediately, I didn't want to be 'a Karen' lol, but as Morphe warned that the shipping could have been expanded up to 10 days cause of covid, from the ordinary shipment time, which as it said was 5-6 days, but due to the lack of updates from the 10th of December until the 13th of January I had communicated with Morphe by email in order to get a refund for the extreme delayed. I had communicated them on the 19th of January letting them know that my order, since it was not delivered to me by then, and asking for refund, they responded the same day asking for my information, I did sent them my information the same day, and they didn't contact me back, and on the 24th of January, after I had received my order on the 22nd, I communicated with again and letting them know that I didn't hear back from them of the status of my refund request. The communication with them after that was absolutely trash and even impossible. I still didn't get a refund after almost a week of communicating with them about the delay and honestly they don't seem that they will refund me eventually, that is why I do not recommend Morphe services.

Ho fatto l’ordine di makeup brushes il 6/1/2021 e mi è arrivato oggi il 20/1/2021. Pensavo che arrivasse il giorno dopo, come scritto nel sito, ma sono contenta. Devo ammettere che mi sono preoccupata per le recensioni, ma ammetto che ho cercato in svariati siti il tracking del mio pacco. Di sicuro farò un altro ordine.

These brushes are terrible they are scratchy not soft , I have 3 morphe brushes which are totally different to the full set I have just bought don’t believe they are true morphe in my opinion
