I’m so fkn tired of this bs . If I wasn’t broke then I wouldn’t be buying products from morphe. I ORDERED mine on the 26th august and by now as you guys can see it’s fkn mid way to September already. I think they’re planning to send it when I’m about to die. I emailed them more than 50 times lol bc they promised that the products would be shipped within 5 days and then I got an email saying it’s been delayed therefore another 5 days which is 10. My dumb ass waited for 10days, they fooled me again. It says unfulfilled for the past 3 weeks. I texted again and they said sorry for this inconvenience yeh smd and asked if I want a resend or refund. CLEARLY i wouldn’t be trying this hard if I just wanna get my FKN order. They had the audacity to fkn ask me again. I was about to cry bc btch I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks. Yk that feelings when you’re so excited to receive your products but then morphs ruined in it. I don’t think their products are the best IM JUST BROKE and I know that bc I bought from a big sales. That’s all I still want my order. Morphs customer service smd and fys.

I was in your Liverpool store as was there visiting from Scotland. Never purchases any of your products before. Robin was exceptional!! So helpful friendly and knowlegable. Her recommendations were spot on. From a sales point of view I bought more. Want to go back down to buy more!! That says it all!! All products are excellent.

Was so worried after I placed my order and read all these reviews. However I was lucky. Placed order on Wednesday night and it arrived this morning( sat) so super fast. All products great and got exactly what I ordered.

It was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I bought some palettes from their big promotion in July. One month later no info about my order and whatsoever. I've sent 5 or 6 emails, they responded to 3 or so, never with info I expected to get. Then I receive an email saying my order was being sent to my place and the next day I receive an email asking me if I wanted a refund or preferred to wait until the products I bought were back in stock lol I said that I if my order wouldnt come until the next week I wanted my money back and after some emails they sent my money back. It was a painful experience, never again

Don't order the Vacay Mode Brush Set. The materials are extremely poor; the brushes were shedding on first use and the fibers were rough and painful on my face. Customer support was terrible as well.

Poor customer service
Firstly, my delivery time was great, but the customer service was shameful. I emailed asking if I could add to my previous order, and they replied in lightning speed -I thought it was an automatic email- saying that I could instead make a new order and would be refunded the £5 shipping fee. When I informed them of my new order, I was greeted with nothing but silence. I’ve since sent multiple emails to different addresses, but still no luck.

Never purchase anything online from this brand. I've been waiting for my palettes to arrive for a month now even though the order should take 5 to 10 business days to arrive.
They have the absolute WORST customer service that I've ever experienced. You send them an email and you get an automatic response and then that's it. No one tells you where the order is or why it's late. Apparently, my order had to be sent back to the warehouse because they couldn't find my address????? They asked for another address to reship the order, a month later, what a joke.
Had to call them internationally, so I wasted even more money so that I could get a refund.
Terrible experience. Never EVER buy anything from Morphe online.

Shipping is terrible… I have ordered from this company on more than one occasion and have had the same experience every single time. It’s 2021… why is taking 2-3 weeks to ship a small order? I’m done ordering from them. Don’t purchase anything you need right away, your event will come and pass before you even get a shipping notification. 🙄

Terrible customer service
ordered products on 7th June and delivery was supposed to be done in 2-4 working days. Today after one week when "I CALLED" them they are telling me there was a processing error and that's why I didnt get any updates. And now the two most important palettes I ordered are out of stock and they can issue me a full refund which they should anyway. Is this the resolution I should expect after all these days I waited and went through headache of contacting them thrice and for all the excitement I had to receive my long waited palettes? I made two of my friends bought it too and they received it in 2 days and I am the one suffering now.

Lovely service from Morphe
I reviewed morphe with my experience of the hint hint skin tint with a mid range review (I think 4 stars)... I praised the formula, but I said it was a shame about the lack of shade range for pale people. 01 was too light, 02 yellow toned and 03, which I purchased - was too dark. So it just didn't suit me. I even said in the review that I was probably going to buy the lightest one to mix with the one I had. But I then received a lovely email from one of their team, offering to send me the lightest shade - for free. I've never had that from any company, let alone a cosmetics company - especially when I've just said I'll probably buy the other shade. It just shows that it pays to review and it's such a lovely gesture from Morphe! Nice one! :)
