I received the wrong order but Rhiannon was so helpful kind and friendly 10/10 customer service :)

MakeupbyAriel brushes falling apart after washing brushes only 1 time. I emailed them over 10 times in 2 weeks and they finally answered to 1 email and said they can't help me because its been past 30 days of the delivery. When in fact I emailed them within the 30 days and it's their fault they won't reply to me! Their website also says within 60 days to contact them so I don't understand why they are saying they can't help me. I emailed them with proof that I did email within 30 days and I kept contacting them for 3 weeks now on facebook and instagram as well and they would leave me on read. Their customer service is terrible! This company is being extremely shady. I've supported them for so many years and have never had an issue with their products. The one time I have an issue they are choosing to ignore me! I will no longer be supporting them and telling everyone to not support them as well. Very disappointmented with their company practices and can't follow their own policies!

Guys, I have same experience as yours, terrible customer services, order not received, no tracking information and no reply for so many emails. I am just here to advise that keep commenting on their fb page to alert others about it so that they don't become fool and company stops to make people fool of their false advertising. Moreover, talk to your bank about this fraud or if you have paid through paypal then lodge a complaint there.

Worst customer service EVER! Hermes apparently sent my package back to Morphe due to an "invalid address" that was on 27th August and its now the 29th September. Sent 4 emails had one response to which I replied to two weeks ago. My customer service "ticket" has now been closed and I have to start all over again. Will never use Morphe again.

Worst experience! Ordered almost a month ago and they haven't shipped yet. Was promised they would be shipped weeks ago by customer service but nothing. Have asked for my money back multiple times and there has been no reply.

Disappointing that there is no communication from them and their website doesn't let you know of the delay. Most annoying thing is that they are still having crazy sales and posting on social media like nothing has happened. Influencers are still getting their promo packages, what do normal people who spend money have to do to get their money back??

Same as the other reviews on here! Ordered around a month ago, order delayed, partial refund! Had to chase the remaining items as Hermes was showing they had never received the order (customer services said it had been lost?! Not sure how that can happen if they never received it in the first place) ask for a replacement and then haven’t heard anything since. Have had to open a case via PayPal as now all my emails are been ignored. Actually shocking.

I placed two orders on 26 and 27 August. It’s now 26 September and they are still in transit. I received an “update” on 15 September saying that morphe will send tracking details when the order is sent. It took them 25 days to tell me the order has been shipped. However, the tracking number shows that it is still in transit. I was most upset when I received an update on 22 September telling me that two of the products were unavailable. It took them a long time to tell me that they didn’t have the products and refund me for two of the products from my order. Morphe never takes this long with shipping :(

I ordered 26th of august emailed everyday after the 1st week
The reply I would get it will be posted end of the week or in 5 days. This was the same response even when I called. I got an email today my items are dispatched but not all only some 1 month after my order! Called to see the reason they don't even have the items in stock thats why the time is taking so long! Would have been happier if they were honest from the start

I MADE 2 ORDERS ON AGUST 20 BOTH WERE RETURNED TO SENDER I EMAIL 📧 MANY TIMES WITH NO ANSWER , NOW I HAVE NO PACKAGE NO REFUND FOR SCAMMMM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

Their customer service is nightmare! now seems to be fake company, trying to get people money and may be get defaulted. Delivery never received more than a month has been passed. I've cancelled online order and ordered click and collect which is very convenient, worse shipping experience ever come across.

RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY RANDOMLY AND GOT TRACKING INFO LATE LAST NIGHT**

Amazed that my products even come and Im praying that everyone else has received correct tracking or received their orders. Customer service is still a shocker since they dont even bother to respond to you or answer their help line. Im still disappointed with the lack of communication, which needs alot of work and needs to have a system where they can reassure any delayed orders are actioned or being honest!

Wow it seems that a lot of customers are experiencing the same exact thing with unfulfilled statuses with their orders and not receiving any other updates besides the generic email sent by Morphe. I’m really disappointed, my order was placed at the end of August. I even spoke to someone on the phone on the 9th of September following up on my order and she said I should receive it within 10 business days. Sent several emails to the info email and received 1 response saying delays are expected etc. BUT it’s really frustrating that we are getting no genuine responses besides generic emails. I’ve been a long time customer of Morphe and this has been shocking with the customer service, I would rather be told the truth than to be going around in circles. I understand the delays but don’t appreciate being told incorrect info. I’ve received many beauty/cosmetic packages from the UK/US come within 7 business days this month for with no issues. What is going on? Makes me really nervous to make more purchases with the current offers that are on Morphe website.

Be honest and give us some proper answers or make some changes to avoid these huge delays! Losing my faith, just like you are losing several customers

Im very disappointed from the very late delivery and ignorance from customer service here in Australia, Melbourne.
I ordered this order at the beginning of September expecting it to arrive within a week as i had work and needed this product.. i gave a chance because of the pandemic and said they might be a delay. But this is not fair for me as i am purchasing this product and on the checkout it says delivery is within 3 days for Melbourne?…..
this is unacceptable if they are facing huge delays like that why dont they fix their system and mention to their customers before purchasing anything?.. this is very weak service from their end and unacceptable.
I keep on receiving the same spam email every night from them saying you are facing delays… all companies im ordering from are facing delays but why is it just their company that the product is never arriving???
I dont want to do anything legal against Morphe because i really like this brand but after this i might change my mind :) I called and asked for a refund they emailed me that it is refunded now waiting for my refund to come back to my account…

I ordered for a month but I did not receive anything. I tried to send a few emails but they don't reply at all. Even no one pick up the phone.
Buy from mecca, do not go to that stupid Website.
If any Morphe staff see my feedback, please contact me, I need my order or money back now.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still not shipped. I'm in Australia. Received one actual response to my emails saying I would receive a tracking number by the end of the week. Still nothing. I see from other reviews that it's happening in other countries aswell. Doesn't look good.

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago now and nothing shipped or recieved. I understand that there is a delay in postage but not even shipping products for over 2 weeks is not a good sign. I emailed them yesterday and still no reply. Thinking of contacting the Department of fair trading.

Customer service told me that they are “working hard to let customers know of the delays”… Where???
Nothing on the website or social media!

Ordered a brush set. It’s not even been dispatched paid £5 posting as well for it to not be here or even have been dispatched. I want my money for posting back and have emailed to just be ignored. I’ll never buy from again. Rubbish company.
