I used to love Moozi bc redemptions were instant. I redeemed $100 tonight & it's still pending. There's no option to cancel & continue playing either so my money is just in limbo and not accessible. I've been verified for awhile & it's the same card I've always used & nothing has changed so there shouldn't be any issues. Moozi was in my top 3 sites to play on until now. They also gave no notice that it's no longer instant redemption. If u don't mind waiting up to 4 days to get paid according to support then it's a great site with alot of games.

Every week I get a promo code as a VIP. This week after i spent a good amount of moey, there was no promo code. There wasnt an explanation for it when i asked. Just no promo code. They will notify me when there is one. Been getting them every week for a long time. Wouldve like to know why i didnt get pne this week and thats all they said. Im the highest tier which is Moozi Black. And i dont feel like a VIP sometimes when i get responses like that. They usually are great, but this time i felt like " dont bother us with that"
