We apologize for keep you waiting. As stated on the site, canvas would take 3-7 business days for production and 7-9 business days for shipping. Your order was placed on April 12th and it was shipped out on April 19th (4 business days of production).
Tracking number has been automatically sent. Have you got it yet? We re-sent it in case the mail didn't go through.
The estimated delivery date has been pull up by USPS (april 23rd). Don't forget to double check your shipping address to make sure it's heading to the right direction

I purchased a necklace for my…
I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. I got it the day after. Then she wore it for 2 days and the chain broke. I emailed your company and they want me to send a picture. I want to just send the necklace back and get a refund. I do not want a replacement as I feel the necklace is poorly made. Now I haven't heard back from your company so I guess I am out the money I spent. Guess I have to live and learn to deal with reliable jewelers from now on.

The box and light in it were beautiful, the pendent itself was also gorgeous, yet the item was listed as 18k white gold plated over stainless. My wife can only wear pure white gold or pure stainless or the plated. However something was not truly either material, since only within 3 days of wearing the necklace, my wife broke out in a nasty red line around her neck and down her chest were the chain rested against her skin. Any thoughts on why? If it was truly plated stainless with 18k white gold as the plating, she would not have had that quick and nasty of a skin reaction.

The picture I sent had background items I did but want included but unfortunately it was the only wedding picture I had as I’d lost many pictures. I don’t know how but this company converted the image so well onto the canvas I can’t even tell there’s any other background images. I am grateful and appreciative!

I ordered something today and the email didn’t tell me anything accept for what I bought and the price. It didn’t have an business day number on it or a tracking number (which most normal websites do) looking through the reviews I’m nervous this is going to be a scam as I have been before and have seen scam reviews of the site. The custom sweatshirt hoodie I got, you have to put in photos, when I put the photos in, it didn’t show me how it looked on the blanket hoodie which I also am very nervous about. This has to be in by February 14th but based on the reviews it seems like the site has a lot of issues especially with tracking. I’m hoping I get what I paid for. 🤞🏽

The Picture I ordered was wonderful
The Picture I ordered was wonderful, just like the picture on your site. My only issue was with the shipping. On your site there is no indication of how the items ship and we ordered the painting shipped to our vacation rental house which has no mailbox so we can't receive items shipped USPS. The post office returned our item to Moosfy and we had to reorder the picture and have it sent to a neighbor. We had scheduled a photographer in to take new pictures of the home for the vacation rental company website and was hoping that this picture would have been there in time because I love how it looks on our wall.
