Great Product!
Shipping was a little rocky but, to be fair, it was the holidays. At the end of the day, it got to me, was packaged well, quality was great, and customer service was responsive. Pretty pricy Snuggie thing but overall I don’t regret ordering this product through this company!

Wondering what the standard delivery is…
Wondering what the standard delivery is for these items? I ordered something towards the end of November, and there has been a USPS delivery slip waiting for pick up since 12/11/21. However, no one at moosfy can let me know if it will be delivered soon. I received a request to review the product that has yet to be delivered. The products look good, but this lag time leaves much to be desired. I'm hopeful, but concerned that front line customer service reps have all the tools to do their job. They've been very polite and timely in responding but no real information to share. Bummed that my son's gift won't be here in time for Christmas.
**Update** We did recieve the product, and while we did not get it in time for the holiday. It's of high quality and my son enjoys it tremendously.
